hey great review i just wanted to ask i have a elgato wave 3 and love using the real time feedback (hear yourself) but hate having a cord can i still get real time feedback on this headset by connecting the wireless dongle to my pc then running the 3.5 mm lead to my elgato wave 3 mic and have a wireless headset with real time feedback/monitoring many thanks
Would you know why does this headset disconnect every 10-15 minutes (connected with dongle) for 10 seconds ? It is really annoying and I have tried many things to fix this. Also, Logitech support is not helping me. I have a wireless Logitech mouse and I never had any issues with it in over a year.
Hey Martin thanks for the comment, I would start by testing the set on another PC or bluetooth device to see if it reoccurs - if so the unit might be defective, that way you will know if this this a software / hardware issue with you singular device or the headset itself. also more then invited to subscribe to the channel and keep me posted about your headset issue. @@VocliQ
Hey John thanks for the commend and welcome to the channel! Yes! this was for me the biggest feature of this headset, as long as your mic has a 3.5mm jack you are good to go. also more then invited to subscribe to the channel and keep me posted on your thoughts about my future gadget reviews. @@johnbaker3331
@@CopterDeal Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately I tried to use these headphones with Bluetooth playing from my phone and they played normally without any issues. Also, I tried plugging the dongle into my work laptop and there also was no issue. (Logitech G HUB is not installed in my work laptop, not sure if this is relevant). Only issues I am having are with my PC. Note that all tests (BT with my phone or dongle with my work laptop) were done in very close proximity to my desk PC so I assume there must be something incorrectly setup with my PC. Thank you in advance for your assistance :)
is ur version 2 having connectivity problems? because the ones i bought not even a week ago they like to disconnect and reconnect every 20 minutes or less
I see the microphone still suffers from the same horrible wireless compression as the originals did. I have the wired version of the original headset and it sounds miles better than this crap tbh.
Hey buddy thanks for the comment, I usually use my mounted mic but felt like I have to include a test in my review video. In this headset you can monitor a professional mic via the headphone jack on the USB adapter so this upgrade for me is huge and deals with the compression issue you mentioned, by the way is there a wireless headset you know which doesn't have this issue?
Will try to get one for a review thanks for the tip@@gater6090 more then invited to subscribe to the channel so I can hear your thoughts on my future gadget reviews
I just got the x2 and it feels uncomfortable, it feels like it's clamping on my head and the top part of the headset just hurts the top of my head. Also the audio seems very quiet. idk if theres something wrong with mine but not been having the best first experience with this
same.. i have the G533.. and in 20% of volume i can hear perfect, and with this.. i need at least 45%.. and for music the bass sound too loud and distorted.. its a deception
have known the Logitech company for years and think that it is a great company that produces quality products in every price range. As someone who uses the company's previous headphones: Logitech G Pro X Wireless, I very much agree with your words that this is a great series that provides excellent sound qualities, advanced features in everything that concerns the software, and the microphone, and excellent build quality. Regarding the new generation of headphones: I also think that the company did upgrade some things that were missing in the previous headphones, but I also think that it did not do it to the end, that is: the Bluetooth component does not support listening to two audio sources at the same time, the quality of the microphone did not improve substantially Compared to the previous generation, and asked to talk about the fact that there is no component of stopping the playback after removing the headphones from the ear, which is something that is found in many cheap Yorat products. Therefore, my conclusion is that those who own the previous model, I personally would not upgrade to the new model, if you are looking for new headphones, then I would recommend them to everyone, but it's just a shame that their price is higher than the price of the previous headphones when they came out on the market .
When the headset is off and charging, can you see on the headset itself whether it is fully charged or still charging? Does the headset show this somehow without being connected to the pc or being on?
u can see the battery life on the logitech software in %, you can also see the green light on the headphone itself which changes color depending on battery life

the mic is trash
Hello. Does this Pro X2 sounds better than Barracuda Pro?
I would buy a wired lower price right away, I personaly don't like to rely on wireless connection for headsets.
