The artwork 10 minutes into the film is a finished work. It can also be seen at www.suzimorrisart.com/works#/bioinformatics along with all my other pieces which use MUSSINI oil colours. My painting process involves gradually building several layers of MUSSINI and because drying takes time between layers it's not possible for me to complete a painting in a short space of time. Of course, you can use MUSSINI oil colours in one sitting if you wanted to and they can also be mixed with other paints. I hope this helps.
I have seen comments like "the resin oils also have the advantage of even drying" and "the even drying property is a unique one". What does "even drying" mean?

So in terms of Schmincke's Mussini Resin Oil colours, the balanced or 'even' drying which is obtained through oxygen absorption and solvent release, ensures a tension-free build-up and better drying in the depth of the painting layer.
