We’re building a 389 quad with a extended cab, 10” factory and it goes all the way to the floor. With duel stacks you can’t even see the extension from the outside.
Daumnique i totally feel you about your love for machinery. I can't go into any heavy equipment rental yard or Truck Dealership without getting into every piece of equipment. When i was a little boy i made my father pull into a reast area while on vacation in Washington so i could look at all the Big Rigs. 8 was just so amazed. Even though i now own so many pieces of Earthmoving Equipment, that memory with my father is still etched in my mind and best day i ever had. 😊 i just love machinery..... You're so awesome! 😁👍

Your side dump trailers there in the US are definitely built different then the one's we have here in Australia...
Here, most of our side dump trailers use a massive belt tub and push arm...

Wow, I drive by every day and it is amazing how much stuff they have in there. The phone booths, you are pretty much right, you see them in Asia a lot, they are private work station, for like people on the go or travelers for privacy. I think you need the Cool Truck.

At the 10:10 mark I walk by that Thermo King unit everyday where I work.
That particular unit started being built in 1979 all the way up to the last unit built in 2015, which I walk by that very last 2015 unit everyday too.
The bodies of the units changed along the way a few times but the engines remained close to what first came out that year.
Most were white while the King Of Th Road units were black.
And other truckers custom painted ones to match the equipment they drove.

14:15 this small aluminum trailer lowers to ground level without the need for ramps, then raises back up for transport mode.
I admit that my inner 12 year old would totally love to have a big military vehicle. They are just really cool.
I wish I could have made it when you were here in Louisville recently but I'm on what they call "preventative chemo" right now for cancer and I just didn't have the energy to make it. If you come back next year and have a signing I'll try and be there.

Hello, I really appreciate what you do on your channel bringing forth your knowledge and experience. My question is not related to your title. I am new to operating dump trucks. Is it OK when I’m finished getting loaded at the pit to start my truck out in 2nd 0:32 gear or should I just start it out in low gear or 1st gear? I really would appreciate your answer on this. Thank you.

Those Jeeps are for super heavy loads (super loads), and YES, they are special permit loads for that trailer. Fire trucks (newer obes) nwwwr ones are automatic & with Alison's the abuse qe put them through... more durable
