- In this episode, I venture beyond the land of the mortals to the still-recognizable grassy plateau where the songs of a chorus of angels once echoed and four symbolic palm trees serenely stood. This magical land is locked behind a reinforced gate, and since 1963 few but the most persistent have laid eyes upon the former Santa Rosita State Park, a staple in the famous film "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World."
