Great job! I find alot of the lures I use by searching lake beds when they lower the water level and dredge or spray for weeds. A little bit of paint and new treble hooks and they are good for me.

I have a few lures that I've been practicing on, no topcoat or anything. What would you suggest to strip off the thick layered acrylic paint? I have 99% Isopropanol Alcohol and Acetone would they be to aggressive?

Molotow liquid chrome over black gives you a pretty good chrome finish

A brass brush would work for this and not hurt the plastic.
