i think depends! the thicker ones are definitely warm enough for me, as long as you layer well enough on the inside :)

hi! how was the hotel? is the location good? my family trip will include an elderly so i wanted to ask if it’s v far from the metro stations
hi!! the hotel i stayed in was nine tree premier hotel myeongdong, it’s about a 6 min walk to euljiro 3(sam)-ga station!
the hotel was clean and cozy! it also has a 24/7 convenience in the lobby, and you can even walk to myeongdong street :)

oh, i recognized the hotel from the quick glimpse of construction at 2:38 lol. stayed there in November and my window had a view of the flat dirt and the first steel column installation.
the hotel is great! friendly staff, good breakfast on the 2nd floor, a selection of like 10 pillows with different materials inside, modern washers and dryers in the basement.
aliciasannn is right that Euljiro 3-ga is a quick walk away. you can walk left (northwest) or right (northeast) from the hotel. for the elderly, the right path is probably easier, as the left path was often super crowded with people eating in the sidewalk seating at night, and smokers and people in line too.
