I show my selfcare routine, daily shower routine, morning and night hygiene routine, oral hygiene, and skincare routine. Tip: to remove the deodorant completely off your underarm, use micellar water or oil to dissolve it then wash your under underarm with soap! Removes it 100%! Too much scrubbing under your arm can cause redness and that causes hyperpigmentation

Anything “brightening” and retinol should be applied in the evenings. Anything resurfacing should be used at night to avoid sun damage. It’s essentially removing a layer of skin so take care and baby your skin when you’re goal is resurfacing or brightening ❤

You can try oil pulling ss well in morning. It helps with bad breath and teeth whitening

I was about to comment this oil pulling helped me and my teeth so much I eat popcorn a lot and oil pulling removes the kernels and the stain I love oil pulling

I have quite dry skin and I only use water to cleanse in the morning. Ive found especially in the winter that works the best.
