Not sure exactly if the water flowing both ways through the pipe will be a problem, but the bladder itself does have a sphincter where the urethra is connected. Glad to see you're doing well dude.
I send me deepest gratitude for sharing your journey. I will have my alt phalloplasty sometime in June 2016 in America. It's good to hear of others going through similar surgeries and coming out ok and itching to resume life as usual :)
Water definitely won't flow into the bladder. The same sphincter that stops urine from leaving the body pre-op is present afterwards. If not then you would constantly be dripping urine... Glad you are doing well!
Hi Finn you can get what are called 'hipster' boxers with Finn Jr support areas built in from all the main supermarkets at reasonable prices. you're looking great btw! Keir
Hi Finn, you look great. I have an answer, according to my experience, about water getting in to the bladder. My penis is closed at the tip, yet when I urinate it opens up with the pressure. If your urethra is hooked up, yes forcing water with a syringe will go into the bladder....but you have to put the tip in the urethra, which opens it up... So, No water doesn't go into your bladder just by being in a tub, lake of water or pool. Hope this helps...Take Care

Brilliant thank you Ethan very reassuring to know!
The hair on the hand could be from wearing the sling and the rubbing or friction. I believe it can cause hair to cease or start growing.
Oh really! that's very interesting and could well explain it thank you!
