- The province of Quebec (in Canada) has many lakes which occupy about 12% of the total area. These lakes number over half a million as well as over 4,500 rivers.

I absolutely love your footage! It looks very professional and high quality. I have a few questions regarding the export settings you use. Do you use any specific settings when exporting your drone footage? What resolution do you film in and what resolution do you export as? I had a Mavic Mini and whenever I went to export the video the end result would be very compressed and not super clear. I have a Mavic Air 2 on the way currently and I really want to maximize the use of the quality that the done is capable of. One last question, do you use ND filters? If you are able to answer any of these questions I would appreciate that so much! Keep up h among work on the videos!!
First, sorry for my bad English :) I'm a French Canadian. I work on Mac and I have therefore adjusted the file to have .mov files with Mavic Air 2. Most of the time I shoot in Normal 4K at 30 fps. This video here is an exception because I was testing a 1080p 60 fps. I edit with Final Cut Pro (I have been using this software for several years in editing) And I create a project with the same resolution and the same number of frames per second. Export is always a lossless master file. Then I compress it with Mac Compressor software with the selection of the ideal UA-cam rendering up to 4k (It must be said that UA-cam is not superior to Vimeo in terms of details). I mostly use an ND16 filter in the sun. :) I think your compression problems are caused by your editing software when exporting. I'm going to your UA-cam channel by the way and your videos are great. Very nice concepts :)

Awesome, thank you so much for the help. I currently use Adobe Premiere Pro, and I’m wondering if that’s the issue. I have tried searching online for export settings but each time I do, they do not put out the best quality. I may consider purchasing Final Cut Pro instead seems how I am on a MacBook Pro.

Je fais un court métrage (tourné au Canada) et j'aimerai beaucoup inclure un de vos plans s'il vous plait pour la scène d'ouverture du film qui se déroule au bord d'un lac. C'est un film auto produit, pour ma chaine UA-cam, c'est juste ma passion. J'écris votre nom dans le générique évidemment si vous êtes d'accord. Cela serait vraiment d'une grande utilité pour mon projet.
