Thanks again for your amazing positivity and vibes along with your killer hiking techniques I've been following you for quite sometime my friend. Keep doing what your doing bro!!!
Wish I could be there and see all these breathtaking mountains and scenery in "real life"! Thanks for filming and editing once again, Hurlgoat! I enjoy watching your videos, when I come home from work in the afternoon!
Very interesting; I watched a video of a NOBO hiker covering the same section, this year. What a contrast. I really think SOBO is the way to go, if you have the physical ability to push through higher daily mileage.
100 days!! so beautiful, you're in my favorite part of the Sierras.. your resupply hikes are bigger than our regular hikes you thru hikers are just amazing///
Hello again. 2 questions if you don't mind. You like my go to guy for my JMT trip. First are you using the Sony fdr x3000 when your walking along that & talking? 2nd, what are the best lakes along the JMT that you found for fishing. I want to fish along the way & keep some to eat at camp. Thanks.
At the end of a long hiking day would you sit on the rocks by the lake and soak your feet in the cold water? I know it was getting colder out there, but I'm guessing it would feel good for a few minutes.
It has been a while since ive showed my suppers but soon it will just me and Mary Poppins hiking together and then i start showing what we both eat for lunch and supper, especially the last month on trail I show a lot of the food we eat.
Corny if last year was known as Fire and Ice, where the hell is the snow mid Oct. Last day of summer we started to get snow and ended with a lot. Also, don't you wish you were carrying 2 extra lbs on top of that 65. You could have been fishing and demonstrating your culinary skills in the woods.
Ya I know eh! We summited Mt Whitney Oct 22 and the weather was great. I would have loved to have had a fishing rod, there were plenty of fish out there. Next Time.
I was thinking about that snow question, too. But then I realized it was the end of September and October already, looks like the snow melted away until then. I was a little worried about the SHR, but as I remember I didn't see much snow in Hurlgoat's videos.
Breathtakingly beautiful
Don't I wish I was hiking right along with you. However, your videos are the next best thing. Thanks for sharing.

You don't need to push it. Wash. is only 500 miles and he did it in 35 days cause he films so much.

These big Resupply hikes off trail add so much more to the already amazing PCT hike. Love Bishop Pass.

Hello, yes i used my Sony Action Camera for all my walking talking video, my favorite lakes were Bull Frog Lake and Kearsarge Lakes to fish in.
HurlgoatHiker thanks. Will be going thru there to resupply in Independence. Your vids are awesome

Hurlgoat it's been a while since you filmed your dinner preparation. Were you still carrying your spices, olive oil, and hot sauce at this point?

Funny how things worked out for Cornelius. No rain in Wash or Or. Rain comes in N.Cal. and the SHR doesn't have much snow.
How in the heck do you top an adventure like that?
Itll be hard to top the PCT Adventure for sure.
