Cycling from Avalon to the Airport in Catalina Island for the FIRST Time!!

This is our first to cycle from Avalon to the airport and our first time as well to ride with electric bike. Thanks to electric bike.co.
The first 3miles is a very steep climb but our bike managed to handle it 'till we reach the airport and back.
Coming back is almost downhill all the way. Truly rewarding.
Awesome ride !!! We are planning to do it again with our road bike :-)...sooon

I liked the video and am wondering what you would think about making that trip on a regular bike without the electric advantage? I know it is pretty steep a lot of the way. Can you give any details regarding that? And what kind of e-bikes do you have?

We are going to do it with road bikes next. The first 2 miles near Avalon bay is steep. The rest is bearable. When have electric company bikes.
