Customer service is a rare thing to find these days. The sad thing is that it would have been so easy for them to just take and fix and be done with it. And I don't blame you at all. As much as I'm sure you paid for that. You deserve to have it the way it's supposed to be. Lynn and Danny

Hello Randy. I do enjoy the performance of our tractor. But the dealers around me must make too much money on the more prominent farmers. They don’t seem to worry about the little guy who buys equipment as they can. I agree with you, and it makes me wonder how even the more prominent farmers don’t see or hear how they treat other people. I’m glad I got it back, too, and so far, everything seems to be working fine, but I need to check the grapple. We have a lot of plans for the tractor this year, and hopefully, everything will work out the way we want. Be safe, buddy, and may God bless your days the way He always blesses ours! Donald

LOL, I am not sure why I keep calling the tire international tires. They are industrial tires. But then again, since they are in tractors all over the world I guess they are also international tires too, LOL.

Lisa and I both wish that we had a hotspot for morel mushrooms! I just found out that you can buy morel mushroom kits online to grow in you garden or anywhere i guess. Donald

I don’t think I want a Mahindra after watching this video all seriousness I’ve been looking at the TYM cab tractors, but if I don’t get a TYM I most likely will buy a Kubota

I thought about buying a TYM with all of the people I know that have one but the dealer that is close to me is almost 3 hours away in Tennessee. I also thought and looked at Kubota but it didn't have the lift and height that Mahindra had. But I think if I had it to do over I would have keep my Kubota that I had and bought a Kubota SVL75-3 track loader.

Some of your issues don’t sound very serious at all. Like as the owner you should have read the manual and been able to adjust a parking brake cable, 4x4 linkage, etc however they shouldn’t have been so damn incompetent either. I got the 2024 and won’t rely on a dealer if I can help it. They’ll just disappoint but that wouldn’t matter if you bought green, blue, or orange. People suck everywhere in every kind of business. Neat seeing the older cab design. The updated cab makes better use of the space in my opinion.

I understand what you are saying, and if the tractor had not been new and delivered with these things not right, I would not have bothered. Since I made my living as a mechanic a few years ago, I could have fixed everything. But since the tractor has a warranty, you can void the warranty, and since the tractor was delivered with things not working. I chose to force the issue when I found that I was dealing with a terrible dealer. The tractor should never have been delivered without everything working as it should. Just like you would never buy a new car or truck and start working on it because you would void the warranty, and the same goes for the tractor.
