I have not found a good review yet, just what's in the box videos or on the side of the side of the box, this needs comparisons, properly measure the amount suck, this Makita has not had proper time and attention from anyone yet, this is an expensive item and deserves better or is it just not that good.

How does this vacuum compare to other vacuums? I use shark vacuums on all of my commercial jobs and they so far have been the only ones to last more then 6months. I live in Alaska and have to vacuum a lot of rocks and salt. So my vacuums take a beating for sure. And it’s been hard to find a vacuum that can handle the abuse. Even commercial vacuums die on me within 6months.

In the commercial world looks don't really matter as long as it cleans properly.

Why does it have disposable dust bags in 2021 the last time my family ever owned a vacuum with dust bags was like in 2005/06
I think that this is much more pleasant in industrial applications
This is due to the type of use these vacuum cleaners have :)
Disposable bags are still very common and the most hygienic way to dispose of the dust. That is why this is not bagless.
