  • In this video called Big Toe Stretch for Plantar Fasciitis and 1st Metatarsal Tightness I demonstrate a super simple stretch that you can do at home which will make you first steps in the morning so much easier.
✅ You simply sit on a flat surface with your knee straight and place a long towel under the calf and bring the towel around the heel, under the sole of the foot, around the big toe and pull back and down toward your thigh.
✅ Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 5 times, 3-4 times a day but most importantly before putting your feet on the floor in the morning.

I had a lapiplasty bunionectomy done on my left foot. Didn’t know they was gonna fuse my metatarsalcunieform joint.
This left me with a big toe with limited dorsiflexion and no real plantar flexion. I am a runner and haven’t ran since 2020, what would you do in my situation. ?
Because now I have bunion on one foot and other foot midfoot fuse with lack of toe R.O.M
