    Hi peta good to see u me following u from last 4 years as my dorpy eyes still as they were plz give some guide for dropy eye lid how i can make up lift some extra exercises thanks I really appreciate ur efforts thanks

      Hi Humera, sometimes your facial muscles will only lift so far and that is what you have to work with. Are you following the program exactly?

      Thanks peta Yes me following u very punctual your 6 series before 2 year i was not doing gap on sat sun only this mistake i do and now i am after 4 years in this all perfectly i do an how u say more effective by laying down so i do cuz i want my eye lid to be lift what els i can do help me any thing u know plz ill do that as i love ur eye lid up lift perfectly

    This if off topic but I watched your video on improving a droopy nose and I just had a question. I used to have a somewhat upturned nose, but after trying to press up on my nose for a few weeks now(without any proper technique, just pushing up), it seems to droop now a bit now. Is his normal? If I start doing your exercises will it correct this? Thanks.

      No I am sorry, we dont do personalised routines. There are 6 routines in the program that cover all areas of the face over a period of 42 weeks. This is because you need a balanced program and cant keep doing the same exercises.     Your face looks excellent.. I would love to know your age because if I know your number then I know if your face it's looking that way naturally or not.
    If you are well over forty, which I suspect you are probably in my age category, then you should have a little drooping along your jawline, and you don't have that, so that indicates that either your aerobics for the face really works, or you're younger than I realize😮
    I'm outspoken and brand-new to your channel so if I'm saying shocking things please forgive me😊 I'm just trying to figure out your number then I will know if your program works because your face looks amazing.

      Hello Love, I just turned 62 this July 23. To let you know, my face is totally natural, I have never used botox, I use all of my products (www.renewme.com.au) and follow my program. I do everything I ask my followers to do, without exception. If I were to use botox, my face and skin would no way be in the excellent condition that it is in. I dont have drooping because I do my exercises and have done for the last 9 years. My program works, and if you want to keep your age or younger, I would encourage you to start Facerobics asap. I hope that helps 😀

      @@facerobics WELL a lot of people think I'm a lot younger than my number.. I turned 65 this month.
      I have certainly noticed in the Last 5 years how much I've aged. And my neck and along my jawline definitely needs improvement.
      Thank you for the invite to do your program.
      I will give it my best shot.
      Does your program include tightening of the neck?
      And how long does it take to see your cheekbones more prominent, and the padding below your cheekbones diminished?

      Just like any exercise program whether for the face or body, it takes time. You need to be consistent and just keep plugging away at it. Facerobics is a comprehensive full program where you need to do facial routines and change the level of repetitions and change exercises.     Facial exercises work. But unfortunately they also cause loss of fat in that area thru constant pressure. Especially forehead, very little fat is present there in the first place. And pressure will cause dips.
    But I didn't know that when I started them :)

      HI Katarina, facial exercise, if performed properly, and I mean all facial yoga also does not cause fat loss As you can see from my own experience, it does not happen. The pressure dips are caused because exactly what I am talking about in this video. People just go over the top when doing the exercises thinking that if they go as hard and fast as they can the results will work faster. Many many videos I talk about less is best. Also, for everyone reading this as well, if you find that your face is changing in a negative manner, stop! It does not get worse before it gets better in the case of facial exercise.

      Yes exactly, when doing facial exercises you have to start gently and slow otherwise there will be problems
