It seems that Sister Taylor is going for summer vacation. It's really fun to watch you guys play. Your second son is one year old. I'm very happy to see him grow up healthily. Absolutely beautiful! Spirited Away was the first Studio Ghibli film I ever saw, way back when I was only 10 and it’s been with me ever since. It’s not my top favorite anymore now thanks to Princess Mononoke, but I absolutely love this song
I've loved this song since I first watched Spirited Away, almost two decades ago now. I definitely enjoy your rendition, though I think it downplays the melancholy, almost bittersweet vibe of the original. It always gave me the impression of illustrating a beauty you can't bring yourself to appreciate, because the people you'd want to appreciate it with are no longer around.
