    Great video! Thank you for sharing this! I love your accent! I feel so sorry for all the people leaving the nasty remarks. Imagine having a life where most part of it consists of watching videos you're not interested in so you can leave some hateful remarks. It must be a lonely life. Keep up the great work Bhavna!

    If you have no electricity. Do not fear. As butter can be created using an ordinary sealable plastic bottle. Just pour the dated cream into the bottle and seal tight. Then shake the bottle vigourously with hard strokes. This works and ive testes it my self. You will realise you are done once you feel the churned substance (butter) jog up and down as you shake. Drain the residue known as butter milk as this is part of the preservation process. Add salt to add flavour and to help preserve.

      Remember not to use your right hand for shaking or else you won't be able to make yourself happy afterwards.

    ROTFL. This is a HILARIOUS video for various reasons.
    1) First of all, I developed a 'special vision'; something even better than Anil Kapoor in Mr.India. When I watch minutely, I can SEE THROUGH the lady. YES, I mean, I can actually see through her body, and even through the blender and the plate. Wow, I can see through things! Wowie! Are you jealous? Or Can YOU TOO see through things in the video?
    2) I love those little nuances in the lady's expressions. They get super appealing at times.
    3) At one point in the video, even her blender starts vibrating vigorously (resulting in the editor suddenly cutting off the shot).
    4) I love her accent throughout.
    5) And the way she pronounces "yellowish".
    6) And when she strains the butter milk with that large strainer, what vessel does she use below? A container? No! A jar? No! But a glass.
    7) The title of the video reads, "Homemade Butter in just 3 minutes." But even after editing, the '3 minute butter' stretches to almost 7 mins.
    Sorry lady, the above pointers are not to offend you. They are just practical observations. Hope you will take them in the right spirit. By the way, your video concept was fabulous. And now, I am going to make butter at home. Thank you.

    Why are you using Heavy Whipping Cream? it's full of chemicals and there is nothing natural about that. I like the way you make it, a lesson learned here. But you need a natural full fat cream of at least 30-36 percent cream, also the last three ingredients you should look up as they are very unhealthy for you. You should work with an Organic Cream to make your butter. I know it's pricy but it's better for you and your family. Thank you for the video it's nice you make them.

      Out of MY garage, I believe I said. Not hers. Don't tell me I am judging when talking about myself. You just wrote a book on what you THOUGHT my sentence meant. I go camping all the time. I am good with nature. Not grease from my engine and antifreeze, sorry. Maybe I should have said, in my personal opinion, I wouldn't. I know what I do in MY garage. She may not in hers. I never said I wouldn't eat her butter. I said I wouldn't eat any out of MY garage. Thank you. Take care mate.

    • @devintarbell5722
      @devintarbell5722 10 років тому

      Fine, be a rude snot. I was not so ever mean, until the beginning of this sentence. You obviously have nothing better to do then be a troll on line and go around and try and pick apart someone else's sentence and tell them what they meant. I don't have time to argue, sorry. Mate, meaning friend. Not my lover. And no, my mates don't act like that, so again, no you are not. Take care.

    Grandmother mentioned how they "washed" the butter. After first pressing out the butter milk like you did on the plate it was put in a bowl and some ice cold water poured over it. Work it around with a fork some and pour off the now cloudy water. If you like, repeat. Then proceed as you did to gather and make the final form. The washing gets a little more buttermilk out and improves the keeping quality and taste.

      +Bhavna's Kitchen Hi Bhavna! I made some homemade butter today following your instructions, however mine didn't turn as yellow as yours or as hard. I had to use a blade attachment for my food processor. It tasted great, but it was more like whipped butter (I mixed until my processor couldn't mix it any more). Any ideas where I might have gone wrong?

    • @travelgal5119
      @travelgal5119 9 років тому

      +Travel Gal Also, in total I ended up making 8 pounds of butter and have around 7 cups of buttermilk. My husband, who is from southern Turkey, near the border of Syria, said it tasted like what his Grandmother made, which is the old fashioned way (milking the cows, boiling the milk, ect...). I'm hoping it will harden in the refrigerator and any buttermilk I was unable to squeeze out will leech out overnight.

      You realize people can have muddled accents, right? They could have two parents from different places and/or they could have been raised in multiple different areas. Also, suspicious that your comment is the same as another fellow above and you have very similar last names.
