Would you stay at this bungalow?
I would love to stay there. The only ding on this bungalow is that the first bedroom was designed for one queen bed and not two. Really nice refresh, great tour!
Not with the bugs. I know the location lends itself to bugs but that's why I'm staying elsewhere
I actually prefer the cascade cabins over the bungalows. Love the layout, sitting area around the fireplace and screened in picnic table around. This bungalow is very beautiful, and if offered a free nights stay I wouldn’t turn it down 😆…. I just prefer the serine feel of the cabin in the woods over looking the lake.
@@juliamaxwell7744 The location of these is amazing but yes the cabins are better.
I passed on it when I stayed at the Poly because it irked me that they turned the view ( open to everyone ) into a blocked/paid view. My family stayed there in 72/73 and I loved being a kid on that beach, watching the boat parade and fireworks. Returning in '19 it bothered me that they would build this in front of the view that previously came with the price of the room.
13:08 On pocket doors, that is used as a handle to pull the door when it is completely open.
Wow, this is from last year, when Happily Ever After was on, lol, and the water pagaent from the deck was amazing.
Yes, this was the week of the 50th Anniversary.
I LOVE your room tours at all the resorts! I wish you would do more of them!
Happily Ever After got me.
These look gorgeous and beautiful. I think part of it is because it’s new-looking and the paint is crisp and bright, but also it seems so peaceful. The lovely swampy water that always collects near any Disney waterfront structure isn’t awesome, but like I said they all have that. I would kill to have the money to stay there 😂
A super-fun and informative tour video; thanks WDWNT Team!! Holy cats, Tom had me laughing so much, I had to keep stopping the video and repeat stuff I'd laughed over.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Really love the reflected light of the water shimmering on the outside
I love that view! Staying there would be amazing!
It happens to be my 40th birthday and this is the room tour I have been looking forward to seeing. Thank you for the video!
Love a good room tour, these would be bucket list for me. I love Poly so much.
Dear lord this tour was hilarious man
AMAZING I’ve wanted to stay here since they first announced them! ✨💙✨
Thanks for posting this video! We have wondered what the inside is like!
Wow. This would be a dream vacation. a few days here with Genie plus in the parks. *adds to bucket list*
LOL, "I love my toilet art!"
I'd have a tough time getting by the swamp water outside of the bungalows. That detracts from the exterior. The blonde oak cabinet that houses the Murphy bed in the queen bedroom must have been sourced from another DVC property. The wood does not match anything else in the bungalow. Overall, not my favorite resort, especially when you have to dump a million points to get the room.
Very cool thank you..stayed the bungalows in dec it was great watch the water pageant and Xmas fireworks (midnight) from there while soaked in mini pool sound came out the outside speakers... my wife could not get the light controller.. the tv in the mirror was very cool in the morning... ... Tryed to scared my friend say hay the crock sleeping under your bed....again thank you..
Wow, this is from last year, Happily Ever After was showing lol.
Water Pagaent from the deck is great.
Love it! Keep up the great work!
nice!
Happily Ever After 😢
Tom love these reviews, do you give the stay in these rooms to your team members so they can enjoy it?
We had a few parties while in the bungalow so the staff and WIGS members could enjoy it
Killer happily ever after! Come on, man. 😂
Great vid!!! Are they still playing “Happily Ever After”? instead of whatever they did for the 50th for the night show????
Welcome to the latest episode of Tom playing with blinds :)
As to that dresser in the closet.. check if it's bolted down (i'm guessing it is not) and move it 2 or 3 inches over.. Now it won't hit the closet door..
A room like that would be a great opportunity for WDWNT crew to spend a fun night together for comradery. Do you guys ever do that as a group? Thank You for sharing the review. 👍🏻
We actually hosted a gathering for WIGS members 3 nights in a row here!
the scale isn't to weigh yourself, its to weigh your suitcase before flying home with all your souvenirs.
I love the bungalow itself, but being on the nasty pond water just isn't much of a sell. I'd rather save my money for going to the real deal in Bora Bora, and stay at another large room in WDW
can you bass fish in the lagoon of the deck?
It's 4:20 😎👉👉
I had no idea that pool wasn’t heated. It looks more like a hot tub to be honest. That’s what I always thought it was.
I like everything about it except the pool. I would rather it be heated or not have it at all.
The pool was so nice, it was really neat to watch fireworks and Water Pageant from
@@WDWNT I understand it's just not for me. I would rather sit on the deck in some nice chairs and maybe if they had some gas Tiki torches or outdoor fire of some kind. Would certainly prefer that over the cold water.
not a fan of the Chapek doors, eh Tom?
Lakeview bungalow with an unheated pool for $3600 + per night? A little too pricey for most visitors. Even sharing 8 ways it's not that affordable.
We didn’t pay that much
@@WDWNT as Florida residents and media you may have got a deal but their official website advertises otherwise. No special offers no special deals of any sort.
I could stay at a nice Hotel for a month for what that cost a night
I don’t know about that
This might be a dumb question but can you stay here if you aren’t apart of DVC?
can buy points from another DVC member
I had the same question
It's open to anyone that can afford it.
@@NormanAllan53 The price to stay here is very expensive. It runs over $3K a night.
The bungalows are nice, but not a good value.
They’re not there to be a value lol
How old is this? Happily ever after ?
From September
Film quality is great and detailed, but I don't need to see every plug and not interested the history of everything, during a room tour.
Having these on the water seems a bit sketchy with the gators living under them.
For the price Disney charges for this you're better off paying for a plane ticket and going to an island over a real ocean, not brackish Gator infested waters.
How much do they run
Nice enough room inside, exterior looks like crap, but still hate these bungalow's. They ruined the feel and look of the Poly. The entire reason these bungalow's are special in places like the Caribbean or French Polynesia, is the fact you are on the clear turquoise blue waters and can jump in anytime you want. Or, look for colorful marine life from your patio. Not here with the dirty, mud brown, gator and snake infested waters of the swamp.
Once in a lifetime dreams? Disney is cool and all but that is a pretty low bar. To each their own...
That water is disgusting. I bet you could go to the actual Bora Bora for the price of staying at this thing hovering over swamp water.
Swamp with diesel from the ferryboat right outside your window at the ttc. I'd never pay for this even as a former DVC member I'd never waste my points.
@@ZenerDragon they should have built these over an infinity pool somehow, where they could sit above crystal clear blue water. What they should have done is saved this idea for another piece of land and built a lagoon like at Discovery Cove with saltwater fish and made it so much nicer. But they are too cheap to do that.
A 45 minute room tour? We don’t have time for that.
It’s basically a house
You're becoming too woke to watch
I don’t even know how that could apply to a bungalow tour
@@WDWNT You won't use the term master bedroom You're letting the speech police rule your world
