I don’t agree with the idea that people should lay off of Shannon. I think it is acceptable to make it known when people are abusive in the workplace. Especially in entertainement. The idea that we should hide it to be professional I think is how we ended up Harvey Weinstein and unchecked power. Asking for it to hurt her isn’t cool and that’s unprofessional, but I also think probably speaks to the level of bad and rude behavior demonstrated. I also think had someone male and white, like Tom Hanks called out her behavior people wouldn’t be as upset or quick to jump to unprofessional. I do hope this gets her kicked off the show until she gets her life more in order. Her drinking is clearly an issue still.
The drinking part, unless she did something personally to him, shouldn't be an issue with him - as host. Surely, he has been around women drinking a lot before. He sounds verbally abusive and yeah, everyone kept quiet about these types and how we ended up with the bottom of the barrel running Hollywood. He needs to find another job and Shannon, on another note, needs to take care of herself.

I agree BUT I feel we need to stop blaming the alcohol. She is an adult that should control behavior sober or not. All of us should have self control.
