Microsoft will never cease to impress me with the crazy butterfly effects their processes have on entirely unrelated programs, the first one got me from like 1-2 up to 30-40 mb/s (still slower than usual but it's better than before at least)

I know it's not my PC, because the same goes for my laptop and the download speeds on Steam are insanely fast. It don't matter if it's through WiFi or Ethernet cable, Game Pass DL speeds are abysmal.

I have 500Mb/s internet, and the Xbox app is downloading games at a staggering 400-500kb/s. It occasionally drops to 0b/s. Not sure what's going on. All I know is that I can't wait three days for a game to install. Any idea how to proceed from here? I just reset my PC and formatted my drives two weeks ago, as well.

Decided to try and download a different game on my hard drive to see if maybe that was the problem but it downloaded fine. I’m not sure what it was or why the game refused to download on my HDD while other games were able to.

Wish it were even better, but hey, beggars can't be choosers. To add on top of it all, your level of instructional detail is so clear, that maybe a 13 year old could do it without supervision. For some reason my computer download speed is like 100 to 500 KBs. It shouldn't be this low because my internet is pretty good, is there some fundamental reason why my computer has a slow download speed? Is there some part that needs upgraded in my computer or something?

Not one of the steps worked , every other company (Epic and Steam) all download my games at 15mb/s - 20mb/s, however Xbox app won't go any higher than 4.5mb/s , if anyone knows a fix for this please let me know

What can I do to use my entire download speed? ---- in the last part, the global settings, some of my settings are set to "disabled" (except the one the video shows to set it to normal). Can you please show me a video with the commands to set the settings as you have them in this video?
i got 1gb download, these steps took me from 300 kbs to 30 mb. so at least its better. if anyone is reading this. one step i did differently is i uninstalled all the xbox app, and uninstalled the store. and then i ran the terminal commands - restarted computer and redownloaded the xbox app - which auto prompts you to install the store.
The 2nd one was it for me. I wanted to limit my speed a few months before because I wanted to watch a video a video at the same time. It didn't limited anything and i called it a day. Now a few months after it seems to work out of nowhere and it limits the speed. Nice I guess. But too late
i turned the diliverly optimisation on 0.1 mb/s limit because its taking a lot of my internet even if i dont download stuff, who would think its for game pass app too...

I'm wireless getting 35mbs on xbox one but when downloading on my pc when xbox is of only getting 3mbps
