    Please make more moves like sprint motion for sprinters on trampoline . How sprinting speed can enhance to less ground contact time and flight time in a stride using this equipment .

    Cheaper than a pair of shoes. So many options great. Better to do a bit of everything all the time or do same thing a month or fortnight then switch?

    I was a runner 8 years ago i needed a substitute that didnt cause me hip pain. This works, however, I found it doesnt burn the calories that running did. Im guessing when you run on a hard service and your landing on one leg your causing microtears that your body goes into overdrive to repair? I think for someone that was a runner its difficult to get the same intensity from the rebounder. I enjoyed just bouncing but found it hurt my neck, so the jogging seems to work well enough. I will just have to run longer and maybe use ankle weights and mix this with indoor biking I guess.

    You should always wear gym shoes, always! Plus, it's ball of the foot to the back to jog to avoid any pulls. I just resent this bad information. Use some dumb-bells for more challenge, raise them in all the ways to get that upper body. I just think this is completely incorrect info.

      Not true, unless you have weak ankles.
