Too many takeaways to mention, but the major one is regressing a movement until you can accumulate enough reps to become strong enough to progress rather than just simply attempting the final movement over abd over again. Fundamentally obvious when u know, but kmowing what that regression might look like appears to be a skill in itself...

Hey Rad, any advice on shoulder AC rehab exercises, it was caused from dynamic freestyle (overuse). I have taken 3 weeks off but like to understand the AC ligament more and certain exercises for rehab. Protraction hurts it. Thanks in advance. Quoc.

With the behind the back pull over is it acceptable to have your hands externally rotated vs internally rotated? I’ve always opted for externally because it feels better and I can get higher. When I go internally my left wrist wants to come off the dowel the deeper I go.
Can you tell us how to properly use the iron neck. Had an issue with the thoracic spine but thankfully foam rolled it away, a little concerned if i'm going a bit overboard with the ROM.

Unfortunately we don't have one of those in the gym. But there are many video's on UA-cam if you search for it.

It's not ideal, but we do what we can with what we've got
