First of all I’ve watched you all through cooking school and knew you were going to be a star. Secondly this is NOT criticism. Our daughter is dying from necrotizing pancreatitis due to alcoholism. I notice that you use alcohol in several of your recipes. Are there ways to substitute other liquids/flavors in place of alcohol? Or does the alcohol evaporate? It’s so stressful bc our daughter can’t/won’t stop drinking. She loves cooking but oftentimes her dad and I don’t know what to do without it being obvious. Thank you for any advice you may have. 🤩❤️🙌🤗🥰

It’s clearly a new recipe for her and she’s allowed to read the instructions?

So yeah I need one in this case but it's ok I signed up for her substack to support her as a creator. If I could just make a recipe from seeing a 30 second video I wouldn't need to be watching cooking videos.
