I just realized how broken wanda would be in fights if she just used a hex field around any battle ground she could materialize any fallen hero to come back and fight and it's seems that the fake vision is as strong as the original so it's not like people would come back weaker
He couldn't because the blade from the ambush disabled all of his abilities including phasing. Even if he could phase, Thanos could just disable it himself using the stones believe it or not, meaning it wouldn't work either way if Thanos got his hands on Vision.
That's because Vision couldn't due to him being weak after getting stabbed. Even if he wasn't stabbed, I don't think phasing would've saved him since Thanos could disable that ability.
