That’s great sir. Feel bad about some of the original bolts I tossed now. The tumbler looks like it gets most dirt/debris/rust off. Looks like a much better tool than a ultrasonic cleaner
Is there a reason why you wouldnt just sand blast all of the hardware since you are powder coating them afterwards anyway? Seems it would be a faster process, if you were looking to save time. Thanks and nice videos.
To each their own but powder coating the bolts is a terrible idea. Get them professionally zinc plated instead so that all the surfaces of the hardware are protected.

I have an ultrasonic cleaner and never use it.
Love the 1955 Packard also the 1941 Lincoln Continental and the 50s Chevy Gasser in the background!!! All Fun!!
Thanks Bob!
Nice step by step video. End results look awesome
The bolts came out really nice, it was a tough to make the video with the bears in time
PRETTY COOL. WHERE DO YOU GET THE HUGE PAN THAT YOU DUMP EVERYTHING ON?
They are drip pans bought at Auto Zone

Sand blasting leaves a texture to the surface of the metal while tumbling does not.
Look new again.
Thanks, better than new.
