This video could not have seriously came out with better timing. I just had my first appointment with a local gonstead chiropractor and go back next Thursday to review the x-ray and start my adjustment plan. I am so happy to be able to watch this video before going into that appointment. Thank you! Such a well explained video!

This is my go to video for asmr. Please do more like this. I have also had my xray done and i am going back soon for the report back/planning. Im seeing a Gonstead chiro, he couldnt believe the angle of the 'texters' neck that i have. He kindly recognised that being a housewife and mum of three young children, that i am always looking down. Also coukdnt believe that i have put up with pain for this long. I honestly cant wait for treatment to start so i can feel free/ normal. I literally feel im in a body 20 years older
I am so glad that this is on here. my spine is super super messed up, I requested to get a full back x ray. my doctor told me "its nothing too serious" I can clearly see and feel that I have a reversed curve up in the cervical and my head sits tilted to the right, almost no curve in the thoracic and a lateral curve in the thoracic. I was told "nothing can be done and its just scoliosis" Now i will be more educated when I seek out a chiropractor that tries to tell me "its nothing"
Simply watching Dr. Rahim makes my back feel better.

I have an appointment with a gonstead chiro next week... this video is a motivation and hope for my treatment.
I went to a chiropractor and he took some x-rays of my lower back. I found out I have an extra lumbar vertebrae! It’s not fully formed correctly, but had no idea! Goes to show how important it is to get these done.
Unfortunately he wasn’t very helpful and barely adjusted me. He would just poke me with a pen like device. Literally felt like nothing. I have lower back and hip issues that is causing knee problems. I’m pretty positive that’s why they seem worse along with my back and hip pain. I’m seeing a different one in a couple weeks. I hope she can help.

Is an AS ilium always the long leg or does it depend on whether the iliiam has inflare or outflare? Was always under the impression an AS iliam projected the longer leg while a PI iliam would be the short leg?
