    Please take a retrospective of this recipe. The chef is clearly a true professional, but the e guidance is non-existent. For instance, at the very beginning we see chicken, apparently “confit”, then we see chicken being processed. Is the processed chicken “confit”? Who knows? What’s confit? If you don’t know, game over. Such a shame because the result looks astonishing!

      You have to be a bad cook if you can't figure it out.
      3 large eggs 1&1/2 cups cream
      2 pounds chicken
      1 pound chicken confit
