    8 -10 serves
    12 medium sized leeks
    Salt pepper
    ingredients sauce
    1/2 cup of homemade mayonnaise
    1/2 cup creme fleurette or sour cream
    1 tablespoon minced truffles
    mixed together seasoned with salt and pepper
    To Finish
    vin santo vinegar syrup or balsamic vinegar glaze
    herbs or salad leafs

      I agree. Such an old style of plating and so many unusable garnish. If it was a component in the dish maybe but to just frivolously throw it around for decoration and you're not going to eat it, blech! DATED. But alas so is the video we're watching. not many are making terrines anymore.
