First CoE is applied manually, rest is spamming one key.
Note that the next spell is always cast @ approx. 75% into the cast bar. You tap macro key, then once casting is about 75% into bar (once it leaves the spell description) you tap for next.
You can also clearly see that the first incinerate is cast, you can also see that the immolate will be reapplied "spot on" the moment the first immolate goes away.

And as many people tell me i would lose DPS using a macro, i don't. In fact i out-dps most other locks even if they have a higher GS.
As for pvp, my seduction macro applies CoE automatically, so with one button i seduce + CoE. all it once. Rest again is spamming my macro :)
I conflag twice with one immo, and immo is also applied with (almost) no clipping, as soon as it is off it is getting re-applied. There is no way you can do that better manually, IMHO.
