    @5:17 I love cerave... but like most things I read ingredients and make sure it's a short list... La Roche-Posay is a great brand... it has short ingredient list...

    Great video! I like how you set realistic expectations, and emphasise that if this plan doesn't get the results you want after 8ish weeks then it's time to see a dermatologist.

      thats half the battle! Yep, its important to know not always will topicals that are over the counter going to cut it! Sometimes it takes prescription treatment with a dermatologist

    Do you recommend using oil cleanser as a first step cleansing and then a regular cleanser at nights for acne prone skin? thank you.

    Is taking of white rice 🍚cause acne. Does we have to avoid in daily routine? Reply please

      High glycemic index foods can be acne causing,but I wouldnt sweat white rice!

      also I can't find any of the cleansers for the morning in my country, is there an alternative that is more widely available? I live in Sweden.

      If you have to pick one go with the benzoyl peroxide
