thats half the battle! Yep, its important to know not always will topicals that are over the counter going to cut it! Sometimes it takes prescription treatment with a dermatologist

Do you recommend using oil cleanser as a first step cleansing and then a regular cleanser at nights for acne prone skin? thank you.

High glycemic index foods can be acne causing,but I wouldnt sweat white rice!
