I don't want them to be uncomfortable, I want them to hug and look at each other and do all the things they can't do anymore thanks to the "phandom". I want them to kiss if that's what they want, and I want them to be just friends if that's what they want. It sucks ass that their so-called "fans" made them feel that way.

We should've left this "fandom name" in 2012. 1D members never ever even called us that. They might not like when their wievers call themselves "Phandom" because they might feel like it's childish and embarassing, even though they would never insult us and say that out loud.
I think Dan was regretting putting Louis on speaker the whole time, actually. I don't think it's something Louis said either, just having someone who's not used to censoring themselves on their live show probably put Dan on edge.
I understand all of you are talking about Dan's reaction to Louise on this but really I don't see the big deal. Dan has set boundaries that he doesn't want to break. I think we can all tell phan is a sensitive topic to Dan at times. If you've ever been shipped with a friend and someone says your ship name you know how awkward and uncomfortable it gets. We're all-in reality a bunch of strangers to him. He likes talking about things you would talk about with a not so close friend. Also I simply think Dan wanted to carry on with the live show instead of talking to Louise the entire time. I think his reaction was perfectly normal and we shouldn't get down his throat about it. I would've reacted the same way.

People ship me with my best friend and we don't get awkward and uncomfortable about it. We think it's funny and it shows that people can see how much love we have for each other, even if it's totally platonic. It's really not that big of a deal.

Before I say anything though, I just want to say everyone's going to have different opinions so it's totally fine if you disagree with mine.
