I remember when gta 3 first came out. I was 23. I didn't have a PS2. My ex and I went to our friends house and he had just gotten it. You know when you meet your true love and time stops? That happened to me. It was the game I'd always dreamed of as a kid. We went and bought a PS2 asap. We lived in the woods at the time and didn't have cable so this was what I did when I wasn't working. It was my crack.

I had a limited time to play the trilogy, so I played GTA III. I think it was mostly done well with the driving mechanics and city graphics. I think they could have improved the shooting mechanics, side missions, and made vehicles less weak to bullets.

This is the most visually pleasing part of the series for me. But I really love only the original version of GTA 3 and will never recognize the Definitive edition.
@monolithgeometry3221 Inaccurate as hell, yes part of the graphical aspect was just the limitations of the time, but it was deliberately made to look dark, gritty, and realistic for the time, which was ahead of it's time and much copied. There's nothing shitty about that, unless you're one of those people who can't take older graphics in the context of the time they were produced. The original game still stands the test of time, and is better than most of the buggy, mediocre, and soulless bullshit that's made today.
GTA 3 was the best remastered of the trilogy. I think the studio was just rushed into finishing the game, this is why the trilogy was such a mess when it came out. I don't really blame Grove Street Games, I blame Take Two. Since they started to put there nose into everything, rockstar games really changed to the worst.

I do have them in my emulator and liked it enough to purchase definitive edition and loving the looks on it even with the flaws. Ya know, a lot of people crap on the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition and it’s understandable why, but not me! I still stand by it and think it’s good for what it is!
Claude looks like he's supposed to look like James Dean. Similar hairstyle, similar facial features, it doesn't come out as much in the original, but the first thing I thought when I saw his face in the Definitive Edition is that he has a resemblance to Dean. He even wears a bomber jacket like Dean did in Rebel Without A Cause, albeit his is black/leather whereas Dean's is gray or cream colored I believe.

I've realized, it's not about size, it's about depth. Imagine just an hd era vice city, which would be a small map, but you're able to enter 80 to 90 percent of buildings, with all unique interiors and activities to do, along with diversity and variety to each section of the map. Look at gta 5, one big map, with little to do, and more than half of the map is taken up by nothing/mountains and open area.

Either that or lower the price, because right now it's way too far away from being worth $60. I really think they should've added ragdoll physics. That would've made a huge difference. If modders can do it, I don't see why the developers can't.

You must be referring to the original, because the Definitive Edition releases were lazily made ripoffs that mods did a better job of making themselves.

Either that or lower the price, because right now it's way too far away from being worth $60. I really think they should've added ragdoll physics. That would've made a huge difference. If modders can do it, I don't see why the developers can't.

Yes because RG need to fix some issues all of the game i really like the vehicles tail lights they need to fix it and some more updates
Highly doubt, they quickly swept this under the rug after the last update like they did with the GTA SA Xbox 360 remaster from years ago.

And it's not like ragdoll physics are something new in videogames, considering that this kind of technology has been with us since Half-Life, back in the late 90's
Now I studied, which we have already seen on the map locations, which we have already taught and searched for in the surroundings and we have already faced in gangs and caught in cars, cheats weapons tricks, vest and health in healthy protection.
