Welcome to Day 4 of our honeymoon in Japan!
We spent an unforgettable day exploring the vibrant city of Osaka, and we can’t wait to share it with you. From historic landmarks to delicious eats, mid-century modern finds, and cozy cafés-this day had it all!
We kicked off our morning with a visit to the majestic Osaka Castle 🏯. Walking around the grounds, we felt like we were stepping back in time! Then, we made our way to Manpuku Bakery to grab some of the BEST melonpan we’ve ever had-plus a few other pastries to fuel our adventure!
Next up, we headed to Brooklyn Roasting Company, where we sipped on delicious coffee and enjoyed the stunning view of the O River. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the sights, all while munching on pastries. ☕
We also checked out Hay Design, a shop full of beautiful mid-century modern furniture that totally inspired us! It’s a dream for anyone who loves design.
After that, we took in some epic views from the Umeda Sky Building-Osaka looks SO different from up there!
Then, we took a trip to Ikeda to visit the Cup Noodle Museum, where we had a blast learning about the history of Cup Noodles and even made our own custom cup! 🍜
To end the day, we treated ourselves to an incredible dinner at Parco, where we devoured fresh sushi, unagi omelette, and crispy calamari.
We also squeezed in some vintage shopping, finding a few cool pieces to bring back home.
