Harvest of snails depends on your desired size. This means that there is no formulae to when to sell your snails. It all depend on your choice as long as know it is at profit.

Yes, snail can eat in the afternoon if the condition (humidity) of the snailery is conducive enough for them to be active. Once snails are active (moving about), they would eat while moving about. Thank you
Ideally, you are not supposed to concrete the base of your snailery. This is to allow the ground to naturally absorb any excess water so as to prevent your snails from getting bloated; having drank too much of water.

How can I identify POL snails
POL simply refers to those snails that are yet to lay.
