My doxie Roxie is a DIVA too. She has two crates. One for her daytime naps and one in the bedroom for nights. Crates are the only way to house train. ALWAYS keep my tv on when I leave her at home. I also put her in her daytime crate so she will not get into mischief. I have a fenced backyard and she enjoys chasing squirrels and running laps. It was very hard when I first got her at 6 weeks old. But, consistency is also so important. She is so spoiled and so loved. I don’t feel guilty when I leave her home bc she prob enjoys her personal time. Her crates are decked out with cushion, baby blanket and a toy. I only let her play with rubber toys bc the stuffed ones got destroyed in under 10 minutes.
That’s exactly how I’ve trained our Maddie. The crate makes her feel safe and there are many times that she goes in her by herself. We do have 3 other fur girls that are bit older and she is the puppy but am to say there all lobe and get along well.
Love it! I love how dedicated Indy's mom is and I love that it's such a gentle and smart approach to helping them thrive. I hope we get to see an update!
This was amazing to watch. Amelia you have a complete understanding of these dogs on a soul level. I have 4 dogs, our latest rescue is a french bulldog x Norfolk terrier and he is my learning curve lol. So I'm here to pick up tips !!! Please keep sharing these videos, I can't stress enough how amazing you are with these dogs and helping their owners just as much. ❤❤
This was an amazing video! I have a smart sassy Pomchi diva and she has separation anxiety. Shes gotten better but the moment we walk out the door she barks forever. I love all the different ideas in this video!!! Best one I’ve found and I love that you demonstrate in the video!
Buzzing to watch this later!

Great episode and ideas/tips.
It would be really good to see a catch up episode or snippet with Indy and Emma to see how they are getting on.
