Palpatine actively sought out Force Sensitive younglings precisely because of their Force sensitivity. The Jedi sought them out for that reason. But now with Sabine, she outright introduced the Oprah meme "You get to be a Jedi! You get to be a Jedi!! Everybody gets to be a Jedi!!!" Being a Force user is now no longer special. It's no longer unique. It no longer requires someone to be born with the affinity, setting them apart from the vast majority. And why? Because people like Filoni are terrified of facing the reality that, in real life, people aren't equal. We're not all the same, we're not all equal. Some people... are just simply better than others. This is the reality. Some people are naturally talented, for whatever reason, and others are not. It may make people uncomfortable, but it is the true nature of the world. By making being Force Sensitive something literally anybody can do... the Force is now officially dead as a concept. It's no longer special, it's no longer interesting or unique. It's just a thing that literally anybody can do with just a bare minimum of training, making the majority of the Galaxy stupid for not being able to figure out that "Straining your face like you're taking a sh*t is the secret to telekinesis". Ahsoka is officially the last nail in the Star Wars coffin. Apparently turbo lasers from a capital ship pack as much punch as a handheld blaster now. While I haven't watched the show; only clips from reviews, it seems a lot of the nonsense could've been reduced if Sabine's Force sensitivity plot was removed entirely... and the characters acted more like their animated versions. There's less stakes and suspense than there was in Rebels, and with worse acting!
The worst part about having the Dathomir witches in this show is that its a wet dream for Dave Filoni. I haven't seen Rebels but I know Thrawn is a general that is the smartest war leader in the galaxy basically. I’d like to share a theory (more of a coping mechanism honestly) that helps me reconcile all the insane things that have happened with Star Wars since Disney took over. This show, the other DF Mando-verse shows, and the sequel trilogy are all part of a pocket Star Wars universe created when Ezra pulled Ahsoka out of her final battle with Darth Vader in the WBW a la Donnie Darko. For it to properly correct itself, Ahsoka must return to her place in the timeline and die in her duel with Vader like she was supposed to. The longer she stays in it, the crazier everything gets. Since she doesn’t understand that and can’t/won’t return to her place in the timeline, this unstable universe will eventually collapse on itself. The original EU is the real Star Wars universe that happens when Ahsoka dies when and how she was meant to.
This is a better "story" or an explanation than anything that Filoni created in these past years. And it would actually make sense, considering how big of a pile of shit the current Star Wars is.
This show was just SW Rebels all over again (the adults and villains are dumb and are easily defeated by the kids). Filoni's biggest mistake was to bring Thrawn into Disney Wars, the most bland and safe version of Star Wars, the one where everybody can be a Force user if the plot requires it. Thrawn should have killed Sabine the moment he saw her. Just think about what would happen. No Ezra, nowhere for Ahsoka to go. Just lock up the tower completely and make it unclimbable. Fix your point defense weapons on your star destroyer and keep them fully manned and get your cargo in the ship, as soon as that is done hyperspeed out of there. Result no more Sabine, Ezra and Ahsoka are alone in the galaxy far far away.
I don't watch any Star Wars anymore, but something I noticed. Why would a head blow kill a zombie that is made by magic? Head hits usually works in a universe when zombies are a result of a bio-weapon or something scientific. Magical zombies, like for example in Warhammer lore, only dies if you kill the magic around it or the necromancer.

In one fell swoop, Sabine basically invalidated the Jedi, the Sith, and all other Force traditions within the entire canon, who for thousands upon thousands of years specifically sought out Force Sensitive individuals precisely because they could use the Force where nobody else could. Palpatine actively sought out Force Sensitive younglings precisely because of their Force sensitivity. The Jedi sought them out for that reason.
But now with Sabine, she outright introduced the Oprah meme "You get to be a Jedi! You get to be a Jedi!! Everybody gets to be a Jedi!!!"
Being a Force user is now no longer special. It's no longer unique. It no longer requires someone to be born with the affinity, setting them apart from the vast majority. And why? Because people like Filoni are terrified of facing the reality that, in real life, people aren't equal. We're not all the same, we're not all equal. Some people... are just simply better than others. This is the reality. Some people are naturally talented, for whatever reason, and others are not. It may make people uncomfortable, but it is the true nature of the world.
By making being Force Sensitive something literally anybody can do... the Force is now officially dead as a concept. It's no longer special, it's no longer interesting or unique. It's just a thing that literally anybody can do with just a bare minimum of training, making the majority of the Galaxy stupid for not being able to figure out that "Straining your face like you're taking a sh*t is the secret to telekinesis".
Ahsoka is officially the last nail in the Star Wars coffin. Sabine as a character has completely invalidated one of the fundamental aspects of the setting, the Magic System, and rendered it utterly meaningless. Sabine, garbage character from day one, is now the Death Knell for the whole setting, and she should go down in Star Wars history as the character who destroyed the brand in it's entirety.
I mean Rey already broke the part where you don't need training to be a master in the force lol , but yes Sabine found out how to become force sensitive as a non force sensitive person , Gideon had hundreds of scientist and doctors, force sensitive samples, likely some kind of dark sorcery going on for years to have force sensitive clones but Sabine , Sabine says 'I am all the Jedi' and she is force sensitive from that point , Rey as the chosen one obviously have the power to give the force to anybody even if they are not force sensitive, honestly amazing writing there

I agree man, i didnt even watch rebels but when i saw sabine was somehow force sensitive i knew that was wrong. Also what bothered me the most was how the ending played out, why the hell are sabine and ahsoka so contempt after everything? Why are they smiling? They did exactly everything possible wrong by not destroying the map and letting thrawn return it actually boggles my mind. The only thing “positive” i see out of this is that sabine and DISNEY ahsoka are stranded out in another universe so we dont have to see them again lol.

Apparently turbo lasers from a capital ship pack as much punch as a handheld blaster now. While I haven't watched the show; only clips from reviews, it seems a lot of the nonsense could've been reduced if Sabine's Force sensitivity plot was removed entirely... and the characters acted more like their animated versions. There's less stakes and suspense than there was in Rebels, and with worse acting!

The worst part about having the Dathomir witches in this show is that its a wet dream for Dave Filoni. Unlike the force, which has a well built system around it (although that doesn't always stop Disney from doing whatever they want sometimes,) Dathomir magic is still a very underused and underdeveloped system, which means Filoni can just do whatever the fuck he wants with it and when people ask questions, he can just go "It'S WiTcH MaGiC"

I haven't seen Rebels but I know Thrawn is a general that is the smartest war leader in the galaxy basically. In Ahsoka they use his reputation from Rebels to make him look outsmarted and dumb only to make Ahsoka, Sabine and every other female character involved look great and smart without doing anything of importance themselves.
And that is the modern feminist recipe for getting ahead in life to bring others or men down to look good without doing anything of importance or really achieve anything.

The Ahsoka show has made me realize that Ahsoka as a character breaks the Prequels, OT and even the Sequels, because why does Anakin have an apprentice when he's not even a Jedi Master, and where the *_fuck_* has she been for the last 30 years?
Doesn't she force talk to Ray Ray Palpatine in the last movie, implying she's dead? Or was that a different character.
Because Ashoka was supposed to die during Order 66, or even earlier, to further spyral Anakin's downfall into the Dark Side of the Force. According to Lucas who co-created her, at least. But Filoni would rather die that allow anything to happen with his waifu. Heck, Ahsoka already had a perfect send-off to her character in Season 2 of "Rebels", with her dying in duel with Vader. But no, Filoni literaly went full Barry Allen on Star Wars space and time just to save her, and now we have a character that serves no purpose, wasn't participating in the fall of the Empire, and is breaking the entire OT narrative since Yoda said to Luke "Once I'm gone, you'll be the last jedi".

I literally think Filoni "writes" by playing with little action figures like Lord Helmet in Spaceballs, saying lines in their voices, making sound effect noises, etc. The way Balen and Shin just disappeared in the last episode is like he put those 2 dolls in the corner cuz he wasn't playing with them at the moment, but then realized he needed to show something about them at the end. It feels like if he isn't currently playing with some person place or thing, it is just in a suspended animation doing nothing until the next time he decides to play with it.
I thought it was funny how Sabine crashed the ship without it and her exploding into millions of pieces and how she walked out all smug as if nothing happened and no one got mad at her for DESTROYING their only mode of transportation. It's like a teenager crashing his parents' car and then walking back home as if they didn't do anything wrong.
Of course, the smug look and posture is a given with Sabine in this show. The city is holding a memorial for your presumably dead friend? Runaway unannounced, and be S M U G about it. Ahsoka comes back after years? Default to S M U G setting. Just destroyed the only transportation to get you back home so you, along with all your friends, don't die? Default to S M U G setting.

I’d like to share a theory (more of a coping mechanism honestly) that helps me reconcile all the insane things that have happened with Star Wars since Disney took over. This show, the other DF Mando-verse shows, and the sequel trilogy are all part of a pocket Star Wars universe created when Ezra pulled Ahsoka out of her final battle with Darth Vader in the WBW a la Donnie Darko. For it to properly correct itself, Ahsoka must return to her place in the timeline and die in her duel with Vader like she was supposed to. The longer she stays in it, the crazier everything gets. Since she doesn’t understand that and can’t/won’t return to her place in the timeline, this unstable universe will eventually collapse on itself. The original EU is the real Star Wars universe that happens when Ahsoka dies when and how she was meant to.

This show was just SW Rebels all over again (the adults and villains are dumb and are easily defeated by the kids). Filoni's biggest mistake was to bring Thrawn into Disney Wars, the most bland and safe version of Star Wars, the one where everybody can be a Force user if the plot requires it.
I wish Dave Filoni would let Ahsoka go. She should have died a long time ago. He is destroying the entire franchise.

Just think about what would happen. No Ezra, nowhere for Ahsoka to go. Just lock up the tower completely and make it unclimbable. Fix your point defense weapons on your star destroyer and keep them fully manned and get your cargo in the ship, as soon as that is done hyperspeed out of there.

I don't watch any Star Wars anymore, but something I noticed. Why would a head blow kill a zombie that is made by magic? Head hits usually works in a universe when zombies are a result of a bio-weapon or something scientific. Magical zombies, like for example in Warhammer lore, only dies if you kill the magic around it or the necromancer.
And in any case, isn't idea of zombies and undead in general that they survive injuries that kill the living?

Yeah and in the Clone Wars Dathomirians already made zombies fight against the CIS when Grievous invaded the planet which was dead night sisters controlled by the eldest nightsister hidden in a cave and the only way the night witches zombie army was killed was when Grievous stabbed old Dakka with his lightsabers causing the zombie army to die again and the nightwitches to be wiped out, so even Dave Filoni is ruining things he placed into this lore for canon
