This is an interesting video, thank you. It gives me perspective on whether l want to replace the deck, or move onto something else since my unit is 15 years old.
Great video and I just want to clarify that on the underside of the deck with the two braces, do you run the belt between the braces and the deck, or under the braces. Could you send a picture please of the underside of the installed new belt? I would like to see for sure where the belt is running. Thank you
@@victorvasas4690 The belt runs under the brace if run in between the brace and the deck the belt will not turn. And sorry I send a picture this was a service call. But I will try to remember the next time I change a walk belt
Thanks for posting this! I’m cleaning mine and I took it apart. I now have an extra 1x2 metal bracket the length of the width of the treadmill that has two holes on each end. Almost looks like it would go where the roller is to catch the adjustment pens as the holes are in the perfect spot. But it doesn’t fit. Any idea of where that goes?
@@kyleguy6087 There are metal deck supports that go under the deck to help support it should be 2 or 3 of them. Not sure what you are talking about you can send me a picture of the metal bracket to Fitnesspartspro@ gmail.com maybe I can help better
I was planning on replacing the belt until I got an F5 error. The belt stops running right after starting and shows an F5 error. It does it with someone on the treadmill or with no one on it. Sorry for the poor initial explanation. I would like to get it running again as it has worked well for over 2 years.
@@waynekennell162 Hmm if it does not run with no one on it then the highest chance is the motor controller. But it is a good chance the belt is worn and cause the issues
How would I realign treadmill belt it’s pulling to right and can hear it while it’s at 1.3 and what tools do I need to purchase to fix for f63 sole just bought treadmill 2020 model .
@@jeremyledbetter8384 I have a video on adjusting your sole walk belt. But in general tighten the side of the belt it is going to. The Allen side is 6 mm
I don’t think the rollers unless they seem bound up . Amps are really the best way to test. Or walk on it first on the logo or on the outside. Then walk in the center see if it takes more effort in the center that’s another sign
@@0MexNinja0 well I can’t recommend any belt on Amazon , because we sell Sole OEM and upgrade belt also. So I would of course recommend shopping at Fitnesspartspro.com
My F63 (2019 model) will work for 15-20 minutes then shut down with E7 & sometimes E5 error code. I notice the motor, belt and CB are very hot. @@franklinking9370 well thank you! That’s a lot of stuff. But if you can run it with no one on it then it is the belt. The best way to tell is to amp it. I have videos on this also. Our motor gets extremely hit after about 30 mins of walking at 2 MPH. We cleaned under the belt, used sole lubricant, vacuumed aroujt the motor and electrical parts ECT. In your opinion does it sound like yhe motor is going out? or the belt is bad? Maybe something else?

I see 2-ply walking belts for sale for sn 563816 F63 treadmills. Ok to use? I understand original equipment is 1-ply. I called one company who said they last longer and they warrantee them for one year versus 30 days for the 1-ply. And they said they’re okay to use on the F63 as long as you lubricate it well.
Yep that’s what we carry also 2 ply . You can see it on treadmill walking comparison on my channel fitness technology services. Also on my website Fitnesspartspro. Com
Good morning I have a problem with my F65 treadmill. I followed your trouble shooting instructions and basically I have a “E2” code and treadmill just turns off mid workout.
