Although I'm a bigger fan of the creepy fantasy dioramas that are usually posted to this channel, its refreshing to see something realistic for once. Great colours and beautiful textures.
The wild fantasy monsters are always fun, but I think I love this one much more. Would love to see even more miniatures of real animals and habitats, they’re so fun! The natural wood base too is especially wonderful
I discovered this channel one night at 2 am while scrolling through UA-cam. Having watched many the previous videos, I can safely say that this diorama is my favorite one! Every detail looks amazing and super realistic. Thank you Minibricks, for sharing these creations with us all 💙💙
Out of every single one of your dioramas this one is my favourite. Just amazing contrast in colours and i really feel this shows how good your painting techinique is. Truly just amazing, thank you.
Dude, great piece. The only thing I can pick at is that crocodiles have all of their bodies below the water with the exception of the nostrils and eyes. It's why the skull is shaped oddly that way. But man the rest is awesome. I've seen others try to do zebras before and they all looked terrible. Yours are natural and perfect. The most realistic I've ever seen. I love this diorama.
@@WanderingQuill yeah, i second that. it’s more so a crocodile in the moment, like the few seconds before it strikes. So it makes sense if it isn’t necessarily submerged. edit - spelling
Wow, this is probably my favorite so far. I don’t know if you could be able to do a diorama of the Indoraptor reaching for Masie from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom or the Tyrannosaur chase from the original Jurassic Park. I’m a huge Jurassic fan and would be excited to see a diorama like that. You are so talented, keep up the good work.
You nailed that zebra paint job, woww. I was hoping that's what it was going to be when you started painting it white. You do some amazing stuff, well done..
What a beautiful diorama the process of producing this one was really enjoyable to watch The detail on the animals are fantastic and the theme does create how cruel nature can be,
Every year at the Del Mar Fair I spend hours in the art exhibit looking at the paintings. It be great if there was more dioramas. I will always appreciate this type of artistic creativity. Love it.
Nature is not good or evil, and it cares not for the human concept of morality. Beautifully done. I especially love that you used the texture of the dry paint to add realism to the ground!
I've been wondering lately, what do you do with all these dioramas you make? Do you sell them? Or do you plan to do something in the future? I'm just curious 🤔
omg i love this so much! you should make another cruelty of nature one of a wolf pack chasing a deer and her fawn. or if you dont want to go the dark route make a cool den scene with a wolf pack and have puppies and a mother inside and the other wolves doing other things outside the den. if you couldnt tell i love wolves and i think these would be so cool! :D
You did a wonderful ❤ job on your diorama of animals in Africa I injoy watching your work keep up the great work my diorama queen 👸 you have a wonderful and great day be safe ❤ 😀

Superbe comme toujours. Des détails et une mise en scène superbe. Merci pour vos vidéos.. ~~ Superb as always. Superb details and staging. Thanks for your videos..
Awesome!! Always in awe of your work!! You are correct, nature can be savage at times. You did an amazing job of creating a scene with a moment or relaxed atmosphere that will become a flurry of motion in the blink of an eye.
Пов:это как мне кажется что у меня выйдет такая поделка на конкурс , но мне кажется когда я выросту то я также поделки в школу своей дочке делать!!😏😅😂😂😂😂😂
WOW! Great job! Is there any way to get rid of the tiny bubbles in the water except for "burning" them, because with this technique, one only reaches the bubbles on top of the surface? Please reply, thanks!
@papercut23, one other method is to use a vacuum pot on the resin after mixing but before pouring it into the mould. When the vacuum is applied all the bubbles expand and burst -- you have to make sure that the resin container otherwise it can "boil" over. The mould does not have to fit into the vacuum pot, just the resin container prior to pouring. Once the bubbles have all burst, no more vacuum is needed, and you can pour the resin into the mold. If the casting mould is small enough to fit into a pressure pot, you can use the opposite method: increasing the air pressure. This will make the bubbles shrink until invisible. However, the pressure must be applied during the entire curing process. I am not sure if a pressure pot can apply wither a vacuum or overpressure. I don't see why not; one just reverses the direcrion of the pumping action. Worth investigating.
@@fredericapanon207 Thanks for the answer. I have seen the vacuum method already, but the result wasn't satisfying, since the resin kind of deformed the mold and had a strange shape.

Aw man, a beautiful and sad scene at the same time. Also, aside from the visual aspect, splendid choice of music, especially at the end.
Totally, the music was awesome.

Forgetting your ability as a diorama builder for just a second, your ART work and painting skills are sensational!!!!!!
I love this realistic depiction of an inexperienced mother looking away from danger for one moment too long.

Yeah the crocodile not being mostly submerged kind of bothered me
I could be wrong, but I think the idea is that the crocodile is mid-ambush, hence all the ripples, and lunging out of the water - vs lying in wait.
@@WanderingQuill yeah, i second that. it’s more so a crocodile in the moment, like the few seconds before it strikes. So it makes sense if it isn’t necessarily submerged.

I am in awe with your sensitivity and how you bring creatures to life with tip of your brush and how you can see it finished.
I’ve watched a lot of nature documentaries, so I prefer to think that baby jumped away fast enough! I’ve seen it happen!!!
