I can see them needing a mental health break. They've been going nonstop for 2+ years and Noah lost his buddy Keaton right at the start.
Yup, can agree. They also looked really tired on stage when I saw them earlier this year. They should take a break
Put on top of that all of the fans from TikTok putting Noah alone up on a pedestal and doing uncomfortable boundary crossing things.
@@fxrgvnofficialI seen them at Rockville this year the drummer had severe food poisoning and they still played the show. I seen them walk off stage each time they would finish a song and Noah didn’t overly talk much to the crowd let alone even mentioned that they only had one more song on their set. you could tell they were tired and didn’t wanna be on that stage
And that one chick is getting upset because she traveled to a different country just to see a band.. lol.
That’s what I’m saying… and didn’t they do a concert like the day after he passed away?
Bro i mean, we were supposed to open for them at download fest and I was absolutely CRUSHED that I don't get to open for my favorite band, but also, I totally empathize with the exhaustion and we're no where near Bad Omens size... This festival was likely booked wayyy before any of these cancelation decisions were made and contracts are expensive as hell to get out of.
You guys totally smashed it at download, loved it!! 🥰
People don't understand the concept of time. Summer vs October is a long time. It's also completely different to tour on a different continent than in your home country. We don't want more artists unaliving themselves, have some compassion.
100% This.
Especially when Noah lost his really good friend at the start of this tour
FACTS 🤝
It’s almost entirely a fan base issue. Polaris (my favorite band) did a very similar thing and no one questioned it. Especially considering their guitarist Ryan passed away at the start of their last tour. Bad omens super fans a a different breed.

Lemme just point out that Bad Omens have not stopped touring since The Death of Peace of Mind released. Let them rest ffs
i saw them 2 years ago the week the album came out lol legit haven't stopped
But why not cancel all shows? Why adding shows?
@@tomatomtom4921you do realise the show they added that triggered people off is apparently not that far from where most of them live and not til October right?
A FESTIVAL SHOW IN OCTOBER! Are you dumb? Do you not know October is later this year not this week? @@tomatomtom4921
@@rjdidsyboy Because if you are mentally done you don't even want to think about that one upcoming show. You want to rest.
"Just because Noah isn't feeling well" is an insane comment in 2024. Like wtf. If you actually were a fan of Bad Omes (or any artist for that matter) you would absolutely respect this.
Some people are wild.
And then, if they get the Linkin Park treatment, everyone will cry over how much they loved Noah and wished that they could have done something...
respect dropping eu dates for more us dates?
@jesusthugmusic they're dropping eu dates for a break. Idk id you've noticed but that festival is in October AND they're from the US. The band is taking a break, but they're getting setup for the future. Hope that clears it up a bit
@@Vehelothyes
@@MikeHawk-pd7re I know where they're from. It's 3 hours from me and home to gwar. I just don't think it's a bright idea to drop the dates of an entire continent just to throw on more in your own country while saying you need a break.....
"I'm so sad that Chester died"
"Omg fake health problems ruined my day off"
Literally the same """""fans""""""
It's so dumb. They think they're entitled and own them. It sucks. And they wouldn't even think it was their BS demands are even the problem if it happened. It's so twisted
@@carolinecoy3164 when a band is big enough to be a brand sad things like this happen.
Seriously. I drew a crying face on my Linkin Park ticket and sobbed. I am from the Seattle area so we here also mourned Cornell, Cobain and Staley. Crying and whining about a cancelled show or tour when someone is trying to take care of themselves to me is just selfish and juvenile. Disappointment? Reasonable. When people need a break, they need to take a break. End of story. People need to get a grip.
It's kinda funny because to them it's basically an impossible idea to just save and save and wait till they are nearby again, or to save for a tour that's in another country. I get it, even a few hours away for a few days for me is cutting into a decent amount of my income. I am not making 20/h or more. But if it matters that much? I'm gonna make it happen.
that's the thing though, i heard that noah is like, the NICEST and most down-to-earth guy, and if he, who is very kind to his fans generally, says he needs to take a break for his mental health, THEN LET THE MAN TAKE A DAMN BREAK. i don't care that you wanted them to be in your country sooner and now they're not :( yeah cool that doesn't mean they're not gonna do it in the future. bad omens are still putting out music. it's still gonna be available on youtube and spotify, it's just a delay. mental health is so important and if our boy says he's getting burned out, bitching about it isn't gonna make him think, oh shit you're right okay let's go, who cares about my feelings and my well-being? smgdmfh people.
Good on them for prioritizing their mental health. If only Chester (R.I.P.) and others felt they could do that as well.
You can take a break for mental health reasons, but that doesn't mean mental health will take a break for you. Chronic depression doesn't take time off.
@@Rosstafa Fair. And well put. But taking a break can give you the chance to work on yourself, and if you feel like you are breaking you need to give yourself the best chance. But you are right - there are no simple solutions.
Chester was murdered
Stop with the "he was murdered" bullshit already. @@nothuman1683
@@nothuman1683He absolutely was.
Bad Omens are, above all else, humans. If they need a break, they deserve it. The same people complaining are the first people crying if Noah or someone killed themselves. Let them take care of their mental health so that it never gets that far.
@SmokeWithMeInCTthe person meant that they are humans before they are artists..etc, not above all humans as u understood.

Man... people don't know the difference between a tour, and a one day festival.
Matt tuck of BFMV was hospitalized several times for exhaustion and had permanent damage to his vocal chords. Now everyone is telling him to step down as the front man. I’m sure if he took a break he wouldn’t be under the constant scrutiny.
Damned if you do damned if you don’t listen to the fans.

When its all about the money you know a band is becoming Jaded so its good that they postpone for their own health, in the end thats what's most important, not the entitled fans who think they deserve things, the scene is so toxic and hilariously fake at this point someone HAS to say it.
But it's always about the money. Not just for the band but the crew that depends on them to be on the road so they can make a living.
Yeah I think this wouldn’t be so overblown if they had a different fan base.
@@blacksunshine9995 if they wanted to make a living they should get actual jobs then, because as a musician myself in 2024, in two bands, friends with notable people in the scene currently touring as well, it’s not sustainable, and rare a band makes it that big, I’ve been around since Bad Omens dropped their first record and it got me hooked, never did i imagine they’d get a cult base following when in my mind it was my own secret at the time and now look at it, it’s akin to Sleep Token which is DEFINITELY a cult in its own right.
This is why I’m going back to Pop and alt such as Jon Bellion - Nothing Nowhere, etc etc, when I first discovered Jon he hadn’t blown up then others get on board and thankfully he took a 6 year haitus and now he’s about to return, so excited for that, but the rock/heavy seen is so washed up.
That’s just the truth, thanks for listening :)
Still love it tho, always will but for enjoyable music it has me slowly going back to my roots haha
The problem is just that many people don't have a clue what burnout really is. It doesn't end when you want it to end. Plus there are two more shows in july. No doctor/therapist will recommend taking a break for a few weeks and play a festival, take a break, festival. That's just not what you need when you have a burnout. You need a full rest and go back to work when you're ready. There's no problem with cancelling shows but it's a problem if you don't rest constantly until you are healthy again. Nobody would do this with a physical injury too.
Man... As an Aussie, we are never certain a band will actually show up until the day of. The amount of times bands pull out last minute. Or like, I just saw BMTH in Brissy in April, and Lee wasn't there because he just had a kid (but then he played in the US). I'm not about to complain that Lee had the AUDACITY to not fly to the other side of the globe to play music for some people, instead of prioritising his family. Like the fuck??? And like, most the times when bands tour here (even ones from Australia, like Make Them Suffer), they only go to 2, maybe 4 cities. I live in North Queensland, and had to pay NEARLY $1000 JUST FOR FLIGHTS within my own state, and had to take 3 days off for travel. Europe and the States are extremely lucky they get to see so many bands. I think Bad Omens taking a break was well deserved, and I'm sure people will get another chance to see them soon.
There's a huge difference between concerts being played two days apart in forty different towns and countries as opposed to one day and you're done
Especially since mayhem is like an hour from their town

I'd rather a band cancel a tour to take a mental health break than to disband because a band member couldn't do life anymore.
You joke but when Breaking Benjamin tour in Europe, Ben has to take a boat to Europe due to his phobia of flying lol
If bands got paid for their music maybe they wouldn’t have to tour themselves into exhaustion
I cant speak for him but i ran into him at an a7x show where poppy opened for them he looked like he was struggling tbh. I hope him and all the other boys in bad omens are ok

@@oddityodd like he just looked mentally drained tbh which i wouldnt blame him at all i couldnt imagine being away from home like that all the time

Ok guys. Coming from someone who is in a small band trying to go big. It’s fucking stressful enough let alone being as big as them with all the pressure on top. You might be making good money, but there’s travel fatigue, mental fatigue, physical health, everything stacks up and crashes down.
Give them sometime guys
May your band grow as big as BO and more.
Artificial Suicide is a certified banger tho
@tootynuggetshuh?
@tootynuggetswhat’s distasteful about enjoying Bad Omens music??
@tootynuggets Distasteful or not, bro's got a point
People apparently don’t have brain cells lol. Canceling multiple tours vs being booked as a headliner for one show at the end of the year are not equal 😂
Was supposed to see them July 1st in Sweden, but I am happy that they take time for their own mental health. I cant even comprehend how people dont let them rest and then blame them for playing one show later this year.
Are people really that spoiled that they think bands owe them things?
In Finland, me and my brother are suppose to be in Tuska festival, me all 3 days and my brother just for Sunday, because of Bad Omens… yes, we are both uppset about the decion of band, but we understand the reasons for that. Always but your health first guys, like seriously
It's gotta be even worse on Noah and the band because now he won't even get to really rest and recover because the weight of knowing that he alone has kept food and money away from the crew that travels with them is gonna eat at him. I hope he gets better and gets back to the grind and doing what he loves.
I know you laughed about the boat comment but fun fact that’s how Ben Burnley made their Europe tour happen when they made their triumphant comeback post 2015. Took an 8 day cruise or something cus of his sheer phobia of long distance flying I guess.
Man... deep water is terrifying. I'd rather fly. Get it over quicker.
I seen bad omens back in February 2022 when they opened for Underoath and the Death of Peace of Mind was brand new. They were energetic and in good spirits. Fastward to April 2024, they’re headlining and they were pretty worn out. Let em have their first actual break fam
I don’t mind them taking a break since they been Non stop touring since The Death of Peace of Mind released.. half of their fan base are unhinged.. they talk like the band strictly only tours and not focus on business/band meetings, merch ideas, shooting music videos and interviews, photo shoots for promotion or press tours.. this is much needed break and I hope the fans in EU see it as such..
Noah has actually talked about how much he hates flying lol
I'd just like to point out that the frustration is valid. Tho it is unfair to put an overseas tour on the same level of one concert, specially since the dates are so far apart, I don't think people in US can truly understand the frustration of fans who live anywhere else when bands cancel.
Seen a lot of that when Motionless in White cancelled here in Brazil in 2022. For US people it's like "oh no they canceled, welp, see you next month". For us here, Motionless in White came last in 2015. That's 7 fucking years, concerts are way more expensive here too, and we didn't really get a decent announcement or word that they'd come back. Meanwhile people in US talking shit because we were upset, as if we were bitching about it.
Like I said, it's different for sure, specially considering the dates, and Bad Omens have every right to cancel, but the fans have the right to be frustrated, even if some comments were way off the line. I just wanted to point out that US people don't really get the issue about this topic.
Cheers
Exactly this!
People realize that there's like... next year, right? Like you can still see them in the future? This isn't the last summer in the existence of the universe? 😂
I’m glad that they have the awareness to recognize the burnout. I’ve seen a lot of artists tour themselves into the ground, and it isn’t heathy. It isn’t good. A bit of a genre switch, but I remember the trance DJ, Armin Van Buuren, warning one of the artists on his label about it during an interview. The artist revealed that he was performing 10 shows a week on average and Arming full stop was like “stop, I’ve been where you are. You are telling yourself that you need to ride the wave of growth, you need to learn to slow down…”
I love when bands take time for their health. Pushing longevity in an age of fleeting careers is awesome. Gotta protect the product
every commenter is tough and shit until band members start to take their own lives.
I get why people are pissed, but it doesn't mean they aren't doing the tour at all. The reaction from the fans might make him quit the tours entirely, it's impressive he still wants to keep making music after working so hard. Can't rush art.
Yeah I get itm but being disappointed and just saying nasty crap is another thing. How about. Oh man, I hope you get well soon so you can come as soon as you can. People think he belongs to them. It's nuts
I'm so glad that the vast majority of the comments I see in all platforms are supportive of their decision to take a break. We should never forget that the artists whose art we love and cherish are human.
The sticks say POPPY
I like Bad Omens, but the fanbase has always seemed a little toxic to me
This! I love the band but the obsessive fans are borderline stalking and harrasing Noah. Some of the stuff I've seen sent to him on social media...no wonder he needs a mental health break.
Because they make generic music that attracts a lot of narcissistic people
Nic, @4:50 good call. I don't fly on commercial planes anymore because I used to work on them and know how they're built...
This comment is terrifying...I'm never flying again lol
Yep, the track record of them being overwhelmingly safe is incredibly damning.
Then you know exactly how safe they are.
@@DG_427 You keep on thinking that, as they say "ignorance is bliss".
@@DG_427 You keep believing in the saying "ignorance is bliss" and fly the friendly sky's at your own risk.
You need to check out Brutus. Amazing band from Belgium with a female singer-drummer.
"People only care about Noah in this band" Yet, when the guy states they need a mental health break, no one gives a shit. The guy has had a shit upbringing, lost his best mate, struggled with his voice and probably has a few demons yet he's not allowed to chill out for a few months. He has obsessive stalkers on social media which has resulted on him deleting it, he probably gets harrassed at shows...like why would you want to deal with that on a daily basis.
Like come on, if you care about him, leave him alone. We have lost too many artists to depression yet people still drive them down dark holes. If you can't wait until the next tour, just imagine how bad it will be if he's not alive to produce music anymore. Some "fans" need to get a grip.
Sorry, I'm mad. The fact these "fans" also do not care about the other band members who might also need a break to see family and deal with their own issues just prove their not fans at all. I'm in the UK and I'm happy that if they're not feeling good, they don't come to Download. They don't owe us anything.
As someone who likes Bad Omens, at this point I think they should just quit. Their fan base is so toxic that they deleted all their social medias. Now they announce A SINGLE SHOW and the fan base is up in arms about it. If the fans cant give what the band wants, the band shouldnt give what the fans want.
Exactly my thoughts. I would do it if I was them. Not worth it.
I do agree with you. They should just quit or at least go on hiatus for like a year or two. Their fan base, oh boy…. The band literally got so popular, their own fan base are only there for Noah. No hate to the singer, it’s also because he’s half Japanese, some people in comments said that he talked in interviews about his father being Japanese, and also wanna know something? The girls like Noah because he looks like a K-pop singer, I know, it’s unfortunate that Noah and the band has to deal with all this attention. But if the festival’s like in October, then it’s fine if they need a break. Noah ESPECIALLY needs it, after the fans basically found his home address and basically harassing him, the man needs a break from touring. If he doesn’t do the tour in October, then that’s at least a good thing for him, he can at least rest for a while and get better. But I hope Noah’s doing okay with all the crap that he’s dealing with.
Too much whining around the band that's not even that big, I don't get the drama
Mayham Fest 2008 was my first music festival; Slipknot, Disturbed, Dragonforce, and Mastodon on the main stage, with Suicide Silence and so many other good bandthe Hot Topic and Yagermeister stages. It's absolutely amazing.
The way people were upset, I was under the impression that Bad Omens cancelled their tour the week before being announced for Mayhem
As a fan from Europe, I'm actually happy he decided to take time to take care of his mental health. Just flying to Europe alone would be rough and the hectic schedule here would make things worse, and because sometimes even just going to a different city in the same country can get you sick because there are like 4 different seasons in every country happening all year long! All that would not be good for his mental health!
They’ve gone from being an opening band that was loved by a small fan base to being up with one of the top metal bands in the scene, up there with bmth, within 2 years, in those 2 years they’ve been touring non stop.
Noah has also openly talked about his mental health and that he has struggled with it, he’s also a super super private guy which he’s obviously not getting a lot of privacy lately.
People scream and preach about how they are always there for people when dealing with mental illness but the second someone outwardly says they’re not ok people attack them ?? Get a grip people, this clearly wasn’t a easy decision for him to make and I’m sure he’s already being hard on himself enough as it is
I wish more people would just stop to think about things. Like, Bad Omens cancelled an entire tour in which they would have made a LOT of money, and they probably had already paid deposits on a bunch of rental gear, plane tickets for their crew (hell, their crew might even have stipulations in their contracts that say they still get paid in the event of a show getting cancelled within a certain amount of time), etc. When a band cancels a tour, it's not a decision they make lightly. It's not just "oh, I don't feel like it."
It’s wild people are mad they have a one off show in October after canceling a tour when they’ve been touring their asses off the last few years.
Also it’s great too see a newer band like Bad Omens headline a festival instead of a 30+ year old legacy band.
I think it’s sick too! I just think some fans in the scene take shit too seriously. I get Parkway and SS have been around for forever and are legendary, but I bet if you do the research BO is generating more revenue in a way that made Mayhem slot them in the headline spot. Festivals aren’t made to completely satisfy every fans dream lineup, it’s a business they’re doing it to make $$
Thing is, their shows was probably already booked before cancelling their other tour. So it's not like they went out and booked new shows right away, after cancelling. I used to tour a lot in the late 10s, and we had festivals booked up to a year ahead
The way people aren’t realizing this festival isn’t for 5 months and is also a single show in their home country that is no more than a 6 hour flight at a maximum, versus what did they have, 60 shows on the other side of the planet night after night starting now? Crazy
My opinion on this is I think they messed up on how they announced it in the statement. There was no mention of dates and the statement sort of comes off as they’re not mentally good enough to play in the EU but America is perfectly fine. They should have released a more genuine sounding statement only for them cancelling. Not that what they released isn’t genuine but just be a little more open. Then later announce they are adding more dates to their US summer tour before they take a break or something along those lines. I think that would have better way to handle this. Just to clarify, I’m all for bands taking breaks, I just think Bad Omens could have released a better statement.
I live in Europe and i was gonna see them in June at the nova rock festival in Austria… I am so sad that they couldn’t come but health comes first! And tbh doesn’t really sit right that they still didnt really cancel any us dates but it’s still time till then! So maybe Noah is doing better till then! I just hope they would cancel if Noah still doesn’t do good at that time! All the love for bad omens!!! Looking forward to hopefully see them next year in Europe❤️
0:23 Y'know what? Neither have I. Except for UA-cam Rewind 2018. That NEEDED one.

I've had artists cancel tours and then book another tour across the exact same dates.
That shit fucking hurts.
As of today, i just checked their instagram, and the whole taking a break post doesnt seem to be there.
They were coming to download festival in the uk, i am sad that they cant make it but id rather them take time now rather then have them not be able sustain themselves throughout their career then fuck their mental up❤

As someone who was really looking forward to seeing Bad Omens at DownloadXXI next week, I am bummed that they had to cancel.
THAT SAID... Mental health is something you just don't fuck with, push through or postpone. If Noah or anyone else in the band needs to pump the breaks so they can regroup after their recent explosion in popularity, then by all means do so!... Especially if things are so serious that we could lose another front man of an amazing band to what has already claimed far too many men across the industry.
People really need to stop being so selfish and respect other people's decisions around their mental health... This decision won't have come lightly.
100% Agreed! Also good shit, I'm headed to the Download Fest as well - we still got plenty of great bands to look forward to!
I met my bf around the time TDOPOM came out & they’ve been on tour since then. I cannot fathom being on tour for that long playing sold out shows where you’re always expected to perform your best regardless of what’s going on in your life bc the fans think they’re entitled to you and then you can’t even unwind & connect w fans post-show online bc they sexualize you to the point everyone deletes their socials.
But you can’t even be anonymous & perform bc look how people act w Sleep Token! Genuinely acting like the unhinged kpop stans that have driven artists to suicide more than once.
Side note: there are bands that are touring mostly in the UK even tho they’re American like Palaye Royale & also bands like Don Broco barely come to the US. I had 1 chance to see Holding Absence & Electric Callboy last year but Blue Ridge prevented that all but I’m not acting like they spit in my face 😂
It's hard for people to understand. Most people spend their lives trying to satisfy the expectations of say, a family, and/or maybe a boss and coworkers. Trying to please a fanbase of any size other than my own little tribe of people sounds like a perilously daunting task. Keep that in mind. These artists put their whole lives and souls into this music. We all need a break sometimes. Coming from a guy with a brutal job who needs Metalcore and Deathcore almost as much as he needs air.
People don't realize that they toured for like basically 2 years straight or some shit obviously he needs a break probably the whole band. Also playing one festival that is in america they were offered to headline is so much easier then going to a different country to play a full tour for months.
I saw them in may. You could visibly see the difference in performance for this round of shows vs the ones in October before he got sick and cancelled. The man is tired. Let him have a break. Being at his best to perform is better than seeing someone burnt out.
This reminds me when Parkway Drive canceled their entire U.S. tour and then later announced other future dates within the year. Sometimes, people don't want to understand and just be mad
I know why Noah has no personal social media accounts… As soon as I entered the comment section of this post I immediately closed instagram.
I was suppose to see them for the first time at Download Festival. Was there band I was looking forward to the most.
But I also have empathy. I've had my own mental health issues. I get it. I wouldn't hold it against a band for doing this. Health comes first.
October is a long way away. You want a bad timing announcement; I once went to an ADTR show, and they cancelled 20 minutes after the doors opened because the singer had a sore throat. An hour later they announced their show the next day was to be recorded for a DVD.

I just saw them at Upheaval which just happens to be in my home town and one if the few shows they didn't cancel. They killed it and had some of the best visuals ever...but the Beartooth pit was so much better
As one of your viewers on twitch said.. Playing on a festival is something different than playing a headliner-tour.. Had a ticket, was sad as I heard of it but didn't get pissed.. Cause I think it's pretty logic
Fans: Omg we care about mental health especially after many artists committed suicide. Omg this song talks about mental health, how brave!
Band: Cancel something to take a break for their health.
Fans: THOSE BASTARDS HOW DARE THEY TAKE A BREAK? WAT ABOUT ME?
Lol Anyway I think it’s fine to be disappointed especially if you made plans, but hey- life doesn’t always go your way. Just gotta make new plans now.
I’m shocked you haven’t reacted to the new as I lay dying song yet, usually your one of the first ones that react to it. Been waiting on your reaction
Let Bad Omens rest both mentally, physically and emotionally, especially Noah he didn't seem have some moment in time to grieve in losing his friend and Nick F. got food poison, do they also want Nick R. and Jolly to get sick, too?
headlining sold out shows for 2 years straight is wild lol i don’t blame them, bands and artists definitely need to find balance in their lives because burning yourself out can greatly negatively impact your creativity
not that anybody cares but i’m an audio engineer for a lot of singers/rappers. when you’re constantly working on music 24/7, your motivation for your personal art can take a hit due to wanting nothing to do with it for a moment so you can gather your senses back. i’m sure it’s everyone’s dream to play sold out shows with people screaming for you every night but for 2 years straight being “burned out” is only a portion of how these guys really feel. my heart goes out to all of them
I’m genuinely happy that Darkest Hour are still playing shows. I definitely thought they went dark years ago
How long did people want them to wait before they announced new tour dates? Months? Years?
Maby more than 2 weeks because they were still disappointed? Or maby 2 weeks and 3 days
Hope they get better soon, I was looking forward to see them in Toulouse with Babymetal. Gonna have to see Bad Omens some other day.
I understand both sides here. The band owes them nothing but also spending 300 and more euros for a festival where you don't know 3/4 of the bands playing and come for your favourites and then they just cancel is pretty painful too. (300 is for the festivals in smaller countries and presales, they go above 500 as well - and that's just the festival tickets). i really wish there would be a way so these kind of situations could be avoided
I'm all down to taking care of your mental health, if Noah needs the time he should have it.
Now as I am also usually affected by these cancelations, as a Portuguese guy I feel these people a lot. Many bands have been canceling their European tours, keep in mind bands like Bad Omens don't just come to Europe very often, specially to the Iberian Peninsula, Portuguese and Spanish fans are lucky to get one concert a year if any. Last year Sleep Token canceled Resurrection Fest due to logistics, that was the best chance of Portuguese and Spanish friends to get to see them, they haven't scheduled any other concert in the meantime while the UK and Central Europe have been riddled with concerts. Now Bad Omens even though having a more clear reason to cancel announces US dates while leaving Europe in the dark. I know it's very different dates in the year and logistics don't just allow for European dates to be replaced right away, but the track history of bands that don't come here often is to almost "forget" we exist even after a last minute cancelation, there doesn't seem to be an active effort to return to places they couldn't come before, and that can be very frustrating, so I understand some people are not happy about it.
As a Portuguese American, I’ve met people in Boston from
Portugal for a show
@@TheSpinZoneBL well I hope you know the average Portuguese cannot easily afford that, either in money or logistics. I can tell you right now I would never go to America for a concert even for my favorite band, and I'm saying this as someone who earns above average for my country, it's just not worth it.
@@gabiruman it’s usually visiting family 🤷♂️ it’s happened three times. All from Lisbon.
@@gabiruman but I always thought that has to have cost 2k at least on a good day.
My parents never liked dealing with sata
@@TheSpinZoneBL that seems about right, 2k for me is a luxury vacation, but visiting family is a whole other reason, my point was I wouldn't just book a flight overseas just to see a band.
0:57 the sticks is POPPY
I accidentally left my video playback speed at .5 and was really caught off guard by the video starting lol.
As a Brit, this is honestly the most ridiculous shit. It's crazy how people can't comprehend the difference between ONE gig/festival date in October and a FULL summer festival tour. I haven't gotten around to checking out Bad Omens but I hope Noah gets a good rest in the meantime!
Likely Bad Omens face a significant financial hit for cancelling their EU & UK tour. A shame because BO were a solid support for BMTH in the UK earlier this year, and BO were starting to enter some of the UK charts with their releases. Will not just effect UK fans, I have noticed lots of US fans fly to London for gigs these days.
Not gonna lie, it got me unhappy as well. The Mayhem thing got announced less than a week after they cancelled the rest of the world tour. They played in my country in February of this year, but I didn't go there because I was like, naah man, they've just been announced for a festival where I am going, I will see them there. It's not a big deal for me tho, I hope to see them some day after Noah and the rest of the band feel okay again, because that's what's really important ❤
The fact that they have been touring for 2 years nonstop is reason enough to need a break. But Noah lost his friend Keaton and STILL showed up to put on a show for these so called "fans" not to mention the few times he has had to be on vocal rest. People who have never been a performer don't understand the grueling physical and mental strain it comes with. They don't owe you shit. Including an explanation.
That 'Europe' accent went through about 7 different countries in 10 seconds, impressive!
As long as every fan gets a refund, I'm good.
Imagine taking on a job at work and then realizing you are doing more than you should half way through. You're stressed out because of others or boss's high expectations. It's not the same. However, if someone is feeling off. It's probably a good thing. It's like that one pilot turning around because it felt off. Same for touring. You have done your best for so long, and if it's not good. It's serious. Honestly, he needs support. If it's that bad.
I believe the one written in sticks is “Poppy“. So you can bet they’re gonna play V.A.N…. That is if everything goes according to plan.
"I booked a day or two off just for a cancelled tour" people are more than likely the same ones that pull a sickie when work inconveniences them, but they can't see the hypocrisy. Actually wild
I fucking lost it at "no bands tour for sport" holy shit im crying 😂😂😂
Sempiternal? That’s BMTH.
That was the point. Old BO is just Sempiternal era BMTH. Even some of the songs on TDOPOM have loads of BMTH influence. It doesn’t help his screams sound so similar to Oli’s
That's the joke. They used sound a lot like BMTH before fiding their own style.
@@fernando9260 "finding their own style" haha
Real ones know Bad Omens has been touring since 2022 right after The Death of Peace of Mind album came out. LET THEM REST!!!!!!!
Love bad omens, and love your sense of humour, greetings from Jordan ❤️❤️
