Ordered a Custom 20L with some Knick Knacks a couple of weeks ago. Downsizing my other bags to make room for more GR goodness. Will probably end up with 3 Northseekers at some point. 😂
Hey Klint, another nice roundup review! Got the Addax 25 after watching your review and it’s been my go to as a mobile office. Love the form factor of the CPL24 and use that one in the rotation. The Evade didn’t work for me, short, fat and the organization not well thought out and I let that one go pretty quickly. I’ve got 3 different CTactical packs and am really blown away by the quality and comfort. It feels 90-95% of my Goruck. When paired with their Office Kit or Admin panel it really makes for great organization that I can transfer to another bag.

The GoRuck Bullet DC16 has been my personal item "under the seat" bag since it was released last year. It's awesome. And my custom Northseeker 25 (which I learned about from you), just arrived two weeks ago. I haven't traveled with it yet, but I have carried it. It's incredible. Thanks for the heads up! FTR, my custom options were: all multicam black exterior, moved the vertical zipper to the left third of the bag from the right third (similar to CPL 24), added utility zipper pockets to the front section, hook and loop interior back panel to hold the book pouch in place, luggage pass through and enlarged secret pocket opening. All that cost me just $225. Finally, maybe this doesn't qualify for your list since it's not a backpack. But I EDC my laptop in the ITS Discreet Messenger. Another bag I learned about from you. What a perfect solution that bag is when working away from home.

Proud GR136 messenger bag owner ( csutom made to my spec during 2011 ), waist packs ( own 3 of 'em hehe ), one crossbody pack ( the only one, custom made GR136 Metrorunner Prime, which incidentally, cannot be customed, as Pat have explicitly informed in the Prime Edition section hahah ) and the latest one, Slingshifter01 Prime ( using it as a waist pack, yet again ). Not to forget, plenty of GR136 smaller items, plenty of GR136 t-shirts, and the latest GR136 cap.
Really interesting selection! I had the TAD Axiom 24 and aside from it looking a little too tactical, and feeling smallish it is in my top 10. I love the organizer pocket and side pockets. My favorite EDC/Laptop bag is the Mission Workshop Rhake. I've owned two of them and it is my current go-to (in MCB of course). I also really enjoy my Bellroy Apex, though I feel the Radian is one of the most comfortable bags around. I'm just continuing to wait patiently for my MWxC Mars pack :)
Proud as an Indonesians, been rocking my Orbitgear Nighthawk 25L half a year now, and i can say confidently it survived many rains and multiple trips, and its built like a tank work seamlessly with their additional mod or attachment u want. #localpride
Just got the larger 30L Tomtoc UrbanEX-T65 yesterday and am surprised that no one has reviewed it yet. Nothing real fancy but a very good bag. Holds up to a 17.3 laptop (have a 16 inch Lenovo) and holds a good amount.
I am definitely using the Nexus 20L Backpack as my current work bag and it has been a joy to use for sure! I am glad you put it on the Bonus pick but its worth nothing that its such an exceptional bag and it fits almost every qualms I have with most backpacks :D I am hoping to maybe in the future get a custom GR136 Northseeker if I ever want to switch up the style.. I have been using MPL22 by Evergoods as my previous laptop bag due to its lightweight properties. That is an underrated laptop backpack (for me at least) I had the CTB26 but I found that its too large for my size and it does get heavy. Nexus was around 1.1kg which was the sweet spot
The CTB26 was my perfect laptop backpack until I got my hands on a Goruck, the thick padded straps just make carrying my heavier load sooo much better. If I could have Goruck straps on the CTB26 or GR136 Northseeker, I'd be in bag Nirvana.

My issue with the north seeker is the weight. I’d like something lighter.
The CTB26 was my perfect laptop backpack until I got my hands on a Goruck, the thick padded straps just make carrying my heavier load sooo much better. If I could have Goruck straps on the CTB26 or GR136 Northseeker, I'd be in bag Nirvana.
