I work for Rumpke Consolidated Companies at our Colerain Facility in Cincinnati Ohio. As a preventative Maintenance Technician one of the problems we are facing with the Autocar Resi Front Loads is the accessibility to get under the front to jack up the truck to inspect our kingpin set up and wheel bearings. My question is what is the easiest way to access the axle to get proper clearance? Second question is related to the Full Service and Inspection of the Engine, what is the best way to access the oil and fuel filters as they are tucked up under the frame most of the time? I work with both the Cummins X12 Diesel as well as X12 Compressed Natural Gas engines. Any thoughts would be greatly helpful. Our fleet is going to autocar so it’s best to get the help right from the experts. Thanks for your input and time.
Your videos are the best. I happen to drive an ASL myself. A Peterbilt 520 / McNeilus ZR
Thanks, we’ll take it under advisement
