Instead, she got into creating content directly targeting feminism without providing any source of proof. So here she is clarifying all the misunderstandings and apologizing for her remarks.

"Ladkion ke paas choice hai" I'll tell you something. When I got into my dream college my parents told me that they won't be able to fund my stay and studies so I better look for a job. But the college is in a Tier 1 city and hence the very basic lifestyle is very expensive. So I applied for a full time job instead, remote work which would help me study as well. The course I was in was a tough one. Very soon I was not able to attend classes or clear exams because of the job pressure. Also I couldn't lose my job otherwise I wouldn't be able to stay in that college anymore.
Also, with time I started supporting my family financially and still continue to do so.
I had to drop out because I was not being able to clear exams.
I'm currently earning better than what I started with, but I can't continue the course. My family doesn't know about it because I don't have the heart to go through all the torture they might inflict on me. I have just accepted my fate and I am currently working towards doing better in the corporate sector itself.
I'm a girl. Tell me where was my choice?

She's not taking our calls or replying to our texts as well. A week ago her boyfriend informed us that she's being pressurised into getting married because her course is over. Her family is not letting her leave or talk to anyone as well.

Thank you for telling her that men and women need to be independent 🙏 boht bada dhanyavad! That is the only thing that pricks me, she promotes gender roles. I know it’s her opinion and she has the right to have it, but she always fails to understand the benefits of being financially independent when she herself is studying to get a job, it’s hypocritical. Generalising genders and persistently insulting working women is what offended us women, thank you for pointing it out to her, if she still doesn’t get it she is just rage bait at that point.

Gender roles restrict a woman's freedom and make her dependent on a man her whole life, in the past it has lead to the oppression of women. Just because men are physically stronger doesn't make them more competent to do all kinds of jobs. Leave your house a little.

Both genders can cook and clean, both genders can do jobs, maybe not the same jobs, but male and female dominated fields are bound to happen. So there is absolutely no reason, 2025 for a woman to sit at home and birth babies and clean all day. Society's purpose currently is not reproducing, grow up with the times, people who want to have traditional marriages always can. It's not good no, gender roles lead to the oppression of women, you can try leaving your house and ask almost any middle class woman about how her husband and in laws take her for granted. Diya created misogynistic and stupid videos. She supported r**pe and domestic violence. And she even called feminism government propaganda which makes people gay. and shamed women for having careers. The good thing is her collabs are taken away from her. She got what she deserved
She used to post ragebaits promoting gender roles and patriarchy in the name of supporting men's mental health. In a video, now deleted, she said "Feminism is a scam". Never once she's mentioned the word " pseudo feminism" but after being called out she changed the whole narrative saying she's against pseudo feminism and not feminism. There's a buttload of other things that she's done.

If you’re argument is that in most cases alimony isn’t needed, then let me tell you there are men who spent lakhs on their wife’s education, but she left them for a job. Then again there is housewives who were forced to move cities and leave their jobs because of their husband or in laws. Most of the time alimony is taken by women and often misused, instead of taking away this gender neutral law encourage men to talk about their mental health. On paper alimony is fair, the execution is done terribly due to corruption and our slow, incompetent judiciary system. Alimony has helped more people than the ones who have suffered, this only means the system needs improvement, not to be ended completely.
Alimony misuse percentage is on rise so you should give more attention to the fact of misuse rather than highlighting the benefits. Because misuse of alimony by a female offender is no more a isolated case.

Honestly it’s not just alimony, almost every case a middle class person has filed is never taken seriously.

Whole immodesty conversation is just people not being okay with women bodies...they have curves and they do possess fats in certain region and certain parts of their body are visible and isn't as alike as men's anatomy.
So if a peice of clothing that covers up your body like jeans is forbidden in certain places.... that just shows the conversation isn't about immodesty in the first place.

Pregnancy scares are very real and sometimes even happen if you use a condom etc so it ultimately depends on how understanding your partner is. India has countless helplines and therapy lines that assist women in situations like this
