@felixdacat6572 on a rainy day I got the battery up to 75%, got a 12v fan and 12v TV running right now, it's run time at 75% is 19 hours, this is how you use these batteries, all test will be done with no grid charging like it was a real SHTF, the next project will be a hand truck with solar panels to change the ecoflow remotely, it will have a storm light, and maybe other things lol 😆, it's going to be interesting.
Congratulations on the EcoFlow's arrival! Yeah! The handtruck/cart you're planning to make for it sounds good. Thanks for the tip about monocrystalline solar panels' better efficiency on cloudy days.
@@marygallagher3428 Monocristaline panels were actually invented for areas further away from the Equator, but I personally like them for here because they work very well here on cloudy days, polycristaline discriminates certain spectrums of light.
@@marygallagher3428 I had my fingers crossed 🤞 all the time, when my brother told me it arrived, I bought the solar panel immediately, I believe I can change the Ecoflow in 4 hours with this solar panel, you would need 4 Ecoflow solar panels to do what this one does...this panel only cost $150, 4 Ecoflow panels could cost near 2k
I’ve heard those are pretty good. 👍 I almost burned down my barn capacity testing my new batteries today. The 100A charger I bought was putting out much more than 100A, and not very efficient besides. It was pulling more than 20A and my extension cord melted. Glad I caught it in time. I ordered a 55A charger.
@joeprimal2044 Solar charge controller or just a charger 🤔, that's weird considering most chargers will work up to the amps they put out, it could have been a faulty charger.
@@MosaicHomestead Just a plug in charger. I think the problem is that the Chinese copied something and ignored a detail. It’s a beast of a charger but has a limit adjusted wrong or something.
@HuplesCat I have been searching over a year for any battery that ships here, this is the only battery that ships here...and the sale is over and can't find another one that ships...this battery is to fill any power gap.
