Probably would be too expensive to ship it back and it's cheeper to lease locomotives and safety upgrade the rotems after the inspections.

I noticed one of the clips near Mission Tower is taken from a location near the housing project. How safe it that location? I have been strongly advised to avoid it. If it is not bad I would love to get some footage there!
