BWR 2023: Double Peak Rd to Ridgeline Trail corner

BWR 2023: Double Peak Rd to Ridgeline Trail corner. If you plan on riding BWR in future years, remember this turn. A lot of people see it on the way up, but they are too tired for it to register, and find it a rude surprise on their way back down. Double Peak Rd seems a lot longer when you are climbing it. Head down the hill in lower gear (not the big ring - small cog speed combo), so you won't have so much trouble making the right-U-turn up the curb without ending up exiting onto shifty gravel next to the concrete ditch. I controlled this corner from 8am-6pm. There were 8 crashes (most are the over the handlebar type from having their weight forward when hitting the curb), a whole lot of clip-out stop... and having to re-start in the wrong gear, and around 6 overshooting the turn because there weren't enough brakepads left to stop... The air was full of burnt brakepads smell at this corner... all day long.
