Hi Jessica, in this recipe you can use coconut oil extra virgin instead of cacao butter (same amount). But the texture will be more soft. Also, take a look at Coffee Brownie video recipe. It is without cacao butter and very delicious. Also, next week I’ll be making a few live demo classes on Instagram. I’ll show how to make Matcha cheesecake and Key Lime pie. Shelf life is 5 days in the fridge and up to one month in the freezer. So, depends on how long you want to enjoy this cake, choose refrigerator or freezer :)

Great question. For cake we use only fruits without its juice. So, leave thawed strawberries in a colander for 10-15 minutes to separate them from the juice. Juice you can use in your smoothies :)
