    LOVE this cake. I have made it several times. It is my go-to for special occasions. It takes a while to make, a lot of preparation and patience but the end result makes it all worth it.

    Wow Olga, I am surprised that there are fewer likes or probably only a few people tried it. I made it yesterday for my brother’s birthday party and it was such a hit. Everyone even being full took a second serving. This is the most delicious vegan cake we all ever ate. You are the best Olga

    Absolutely incredible tasting🔥. But my cake with the same amount of ingredients came up the cream layer twice thinner then crast(((( doesn’t look nice and for the taste preference would be soooo much better so for next time I will double cream ingredients

      Thank you for your feedback. I used 6 inches mold. I think you used 8 inches :) This why the cream created a thinner layer.

    Hi, is it possible to skip the coconut oil in the mousse? Or can it be replaced for something else? Coconut oil just sits very heavy on my stomach.

      Thank you))) All nuts are soaked, so all anti-nutrients are removed. Soaked nuts are very easy to digest, you will not feel boating or heaviness. And don't eat a whole cake, haha, If you cut it into 10 pieces, you will eat 30-35 grams of nuts, it's totally okay for your health.

      Please, try macadamia nuts in this recipe. Soak them 6-8 hours. The texture will be not so silky as with cashews but anyway very delicious and creamy.

      Use same amount of milk + add 20-25 gr of cacao powder to make this cake more chocolate :)

      You can but dissolve it in the quantity of water mentioned in a recipe. So, the liquid should be the same in ml. Let me know please if I explained clearly 😃

    Hello Olga, I really wish to make this cake for my coffee lover friend but I cannot use caffeine so I found a substitute in "Chicory Root" powder, how much can I use in this recipe?

      Hi dear Gloria, I've never had an experience with Chicory Root powder into my desserts, so I am sorry but I have now idea about proportions for this cake. If you want to avoid coffee, use plant-based milk and 20-25 gr of carob powder. And you will get a caffein free carob cake :)

      Natasha, hazelnuts would be the best substitutes in this chocolate crust. Just soak them overnight
