  • Never get into a fight if you can avoid it, in this situation stay in your car. We can still train some self defense with a weapon just in case though.

Another reason why i park in the back. Id rather walk that extra feet, than to fight other cars over a parking spot up front. that and less likely my car gets car door dinged by someone.

@chazzc7897 I park in the back of the lot too. There is plenty of parking spaces and nobody parks around you.

Always drive and get away if you can. Never confront anyone.

🙂👍Nice video about road rage, what happens a lot these days. Luckily here in Belgium they are most of the time unarmed. It’s a good idea to have a dashcam ( i do ) to have proof. 🙂🇧🇪

@@Selfdefensegoat I agree. The tall man’s advantage is utilizing his ‘reach’. Close quarters favor the short man

I think once you defend yourself and you become the attacker there’s legalities involved if you cause serious injury
Always best to run away whenever possible

Aggravated Assault with a weapon. Without witnesses backing you that he was armed as well, you are going to jail.

@@Selfdefensegoat It happened to me about twenty years ago. I was lucky and had witnesses around when the fool pulled out a tire iron and started walking towards me. As soon as I pulled out my crowbar he backed off, but the peeps all said they would have backed me when the Police showed up. Sometiimes you have to do what you have to do, but just be prepared for what may come if there are no witnesses. Of course, it's better to go to court than go to the grave so you have to defend yourself by any means necessary. I love your emphasis in your videos about putting ego aside and getting away IF you can as your first option. That's hard for some to do unfortunately.

@thullraven1 3rd party self-defense is a law that protects you when you defend/save someone from harm. So, if you see someone attacking another person in a road rage situation and the other person looks like they’re the victim you (3rd party) can step in and help, the police 👮 won’t arrest you (mainly because the person you save will tell the police 👮 you saved them).
I learned this taking a test to be a security guard at a job I used to work at.
As a Security Guard, you are always helping people stay safe 😇😇

@@corazonhermosa I'm in my 60s and have about 40 years of Police/Investigations/Security/Military experience. You're right but basically said what I did. The victim would be a witness for you so yes, I would be OK in that scenario. I've been in a few of these over the years. That said, if you use greater force than necessary you are going to be held accountable unless there are mitigating circumstances. You can't just pull out a gun and shoot an unarmed person in most cases.
