Legitimate, legal car clubs denounce illegal racing, doughnuts

Car clubs who do not participate in peel outs, racing, and doughnuts say videos of such activities are giving the car community in Jacksonville a bad name. The News4jax I-Team was invited to what was described to us as a legitimate and organized meet up on Blanding Boulevard.

We dont participate in this buffoonery slow cars going in circles. Drag racing is another thing most of the time we try to find a dead Road and get our runs in. But this right here is just stupid

What I don't understand is that they added the 6 points towards my driver's license and that they were going to reinstate my driver's license after the 90 day suspension period was up.its been over 5 years still waiting for and answer I write letters I fill out forms I send 3 money orders of 100$ still no response.oh well I just pray.good luck hope you guys could come up with an agreement to make this sporting event legal through permits instead of making it illegal stay strong.

Well, when you get caught with drugs in the car in most states, like you did. They take your license for a year, you let court costs laps, and have a failure to appear on your record. That pretty much says you don't take care of your responsibility, and driving is a privilege, not a right Gabriel.

A good fix would be give the cars a move recreational space to do it. Im all for going to a track but we all know it can be expensive asf. If the city invest in a car park thatd be sick!!!! What are us car guys paying taxes for????
