A car guy is a car guy. I love older cars and trucks (own a 51 f-3 that was my great grandfather's). Even though we have different final style the attention to detail and love for it brings us all together. Like the old accessories the lowrider community has, such a nice touch. I want a visor for my f-3 so bad.

Very smart words for kids trying to make it. “You need to make yourself necessary, you need to learn a trade” it doesn’t matter if your black, white, brown if you learn a trade you will have no problem making a very comfortable living the rest of your life.
The dude said it.....get a trade...you gotta have skills. ...there it is. Work for it...get up on time...ask the questions...stay over and ask the night shift guy. Be respectful...learn. Find the right mentor. 12Yr Aircraft maintenance, 20yr high tech equipment maintenance and care. 30+ countries. HS only for most.

LA is definitely low rider capital! This is where it all began in the mid 1940’s by Mexican-Americans. Low riding is the CALI way!
What people don't understand is, it's a lot of work building a low, low. Finding parts, breaking parts, missing events because your car broke down. The Tech involved, creativity, busted holes, being greasy, dirty, all that. Eating, sleeping breathing cars, Nightmares. But, it's fun! It taught me problem solving, and having patience. I love low ride I've been watching lowrider since I was 12 years old back in 1969 I got a 69 Chevrolet Impala I want to put together and I want to bring out a story about low-riding how we used to go roller skating and having fun not g******* and doing negative things we have to make a positive impact about these cars and people life is beautiful God is good I love to see great things happening low-riding people much love

it's so cool to see the car community boom in popularity over the past year. It's more than just dumb kids crashing into light poles. It really is like family, business, art, entertainment, and motorsports all combined.

Mr. Cartoon is a cool brother, he was at a spot i was a bouncer at in the City of Commerce Ca in 2006. Someone broke into his ride an stole his portfolio with his art work in it. I got it bacc for him an he was GRATEFUL.

I wanna give a shout out to Kevin Hart for recognizing true talent and putting low riders in the light everyone judges us just because we have low riders assuming we’re criminals but we’re good people. I hate being judged by my cover just cause we have tattoos and ride custom cars doesn’t mean we’re bad people we got good hearts thanks for this documentary. This is a culture and a lifestyle this is not a sport.
